7.11.1 Removing the stripping device 8 mm X
► Carefully place the feeder module with the left side
down on a stable, level and clean surface.
► Insert the Phillips screwdriver through the opening in
the rocker(1)
.
► Remove the Phillips screw(2), which is fastening the
stripping device.
► Press the rocker(3) backwards.
► Pull the stripping device(4) upwards.
► Lower the rocker again.
► Remove the stripping device.
7.11.2 Fitting the stripping device 8 mm X
► Press the rocker(1) backwards.
► Insert the stripping device(2) as shown, with the flat
side facing upwards.
► Align the stripping device so that it is straight.
Make sure that the hole for the screw is visible through
the hole in the stripping device and that the individual
parts of the stuffing gear protrude through the recesses
(3)
of the stripping device.
► Lower the rocker again.
► Use a pair of tweezers to hold the Phillips screw(4)
over the drilled hole.
► Insert the Phillips screwdriver through the opening in
the rocker(5)
.
► Hand-tighten the Phillips screw fastening the strip-
ping device.

7.12.1 Removing the Flap
NOTICE
Avoid confusing the foil tank panel
The foil tank panel has a barcode which uniquely identifies the feeder module. Make sure
that this sheet is not confused with another foil tank panel.
► Carefully place the feeder module with the left
side down on a stable, level and clean surface.
► Remove the right side cover (see 7.3.3 "Remov-
ing the right side cover" [}103])
► Carefully lift the foil tank panel(1) out of the base
of the feeder module.

► Remove the flap(2) and the shaft(3). The shaft
is only pushed into the foil tank.
► Clean the foil tank thoroughly and remove all foil
and adhesive residues before fitting the foil tank
panel back on the foil tank.
7.12.2 Fitting the Flap
► Insert the shaft(1) into the foil tank for the feeder
module.
► Push the flap(2) onto the shaft.
► Place the foil tank panel(3) onto the foil tank, as
shown.
Make sure that the foil tank panel engages with
the nibs provided at the positions marked in red.
► Fit the right side cover (see7.3.4 "Fitting the right
side cover" [}104]).
