In dieser Anleitung ist die Nachrüstung der "modularen Kopfplatinen-Einheit" an SIPLACE F5
HM, S-23, S-25 HM und HS-50 beschrieben. Die Nachrüstung an F5 HM ist hier nicht explizit mit
Fotos dokumentiert, wird aber analog zu S-23/S-25 HM ausgeführt. Auf Abweichungen in der
Vorgehensweise wird an entsprechender Stelle im Ablauf eingegangen.
Die Nachrüstung darf nur vom SMD-Servicetechniker der Fa. Siemens AG durchgeführt werden.
Die modularen Kopfplatinen müssen in folgenden Fällen eingebaut werden:
– Im Zusammenhang mit der Nachrüstung der optionalen LP-Kamera Multicolor.
(siehe Nachrüstanleitung für LP-Kamera Multicolor, Art.-Nr. 00192232-01, Deutsch und Eng-
lisch). Der Nachrüstsatz "modulare Kopfplatine" ist deshalb auch im Nachrüstsatz LP-Kamera
Multicolor für HS-50 bzw. für S-23/S-25 HM enthalten.
– Bei Defekt der vorhandenen "Umsetzplatine kleine Achse".
Der Einbau der modularen Kopfplatinen muß immer an allen Portalen durchgeführt werden.
Die Platineneinheit der "Kopfplatine komplett", modular, besteht aus 4 Platinen:
– Portal-Kopfverteiler HS-50 bzw. S-23/S-25HM bzw. F5 HM (modular)
– Prozessorboard 80 C515C
– SM-Board modular
– Vision-Board modular
Die Art. Art-Nrn. finden Sie im Abschn. 1.4.1. bzw. Abschn. 1.4.2. bzw. Abschn. 1.4.3.
Beachten Sie:
– An älteren Maschinen S-23, die auf S25 HM hochgerüstet wurden oder werden, müssen im
Zuge der Nachrüstung der modularen Kopfplatinen 3 neue Stecker 10-polig und 1 neuer Stek-
ker 16-pol. an den vorhandenen Flachbandkabeln angebracht werden (siehe Abb. 1.6.4), wie
in dieser Anleitung beschrieben.
Dies ist für die Herstellung der Zugentlastung der Kabel notwendig.
