Multi-Gripper-Kit – Fitting the end stop

– Fitting the end stop

► Tighten the end stop to the gripper base

hand tight.

Attention:

Make sure that the engraved type designation

can be seen on the upper side of the end stop.

Warning:

Never remove the four screws of the gripper

base, otherwise the gripper base might get

damaged.

Note:

For long-term applications we recommend to

tighten the screws with a torque wrench and a

torque of 12 Ncm.

Before using the gripper on the line you have to

check if the gripper really grips the desired

component.

► Put the component on the gripper.

► Take a pair of tweezers and press the jaws

together strongly.

► Turn the gripper upside down.

If the component remains within the gripper, the

gripper can be used on the line.

For ordering gripper jaws or end stops, please have a look at the table on the supplemental sheet to get the item no.
