SIPLACE HS-50 Einführung (Introduction)
Reparaturarbeiten
• Bei der Durchführung von Reparaturarbeiten
(Teilewechseln) ist der Verwendung von
einwandfreiem und unfallsicherem Werkzeug
besondere Beachtung zu schenken.
• Zu Instandsetzungsarbeiten entfernte
Abdeckungen sind nach Beendigung der Arbeiten
zu reinigen und sorgfältig anzubringen.
• Bei der Wiederherstellung von Schraubverbin-
dungen ist unbedingt auf das entsprechende
zulässige Drehmoment zu achten.
• Bei Arbeiten an Teilen der Mechanik sind die
Getriebe von altem Fett zu reinigen und neu
einzufetten.
• Für den Fall eines evtl. notwendig werdenden
Kabeltausches ist sicherzustellen, daß die
Funktionsfähigkeit der Anlage nicht durch die
Verwendung falschen Kabelmaterials
beeinträchtigt wird.
• Die Betriebsfähigkeit elektronischer Systemteile
ist durch den Austausch der als defekt ermittelten
Baugruppe wiederherzustellen. Ein
Bauelementetausch entfällt. Beim Austausch
elektronischer Baugruppen ist mit größter Sorgfalt
vorzugehen, da sich auf den Leiterplatten und
Steckbaugruppen unter anderem auch MOS-,
MOSFET- und CMOS-Bausteine befinden.
Diese Bausteine sind „äußerst empfindlich gegen
hohe Fremdspannungen. Statische Aufladungen
(durch Bewegen auf Kunststoff- und
Teppichböden mit Kunststoff- oder Gummisohlen)
führen unter Umständen zu sehr hohen
Entladungsspitzen (bis zu einigen tausend Volt)
die diese Bausteine zerstören können.
Unsachgemäß oder unzureichende
Instandsetzungsarbeiten können zur
Beeinträchtigung der Betriebseigenschaften des
Bestückautomaten SIPLACE führen und unter
Umständen sogar beträchtliche Folgeschäden
verursachen. Solche Eingriffe führen zum Verlust
der Gewährleistungsansprüche.
Repair work
• When performing repair work (replacement of
parts), be sure to use only tools that are in good
condition and accident-proof.
• Any covers removed in the course of repair work
must be cleaned and replaced carefully as soon
as the work has been completed.
• If screws have to be replaced, it is essential to
tighten them to the correct torque.
• When performing repair work on mechanical
parts, remove any old grease from gearboxes and
relubricate.
• In the case of repairs requiring the replacement
of cables, care must be taken that the system's
functionability is not impaired by the use of
incorrect cable material.
• If a fault arises in a section of the system's
electronic equipment, the system can be restored
to normal operation by replacement of the assem-
bly which is found to be defective. Individual
components cannot be replaced. Great care must
be taken when replacing electronic assemblies,
since the PC boards and plug-in modules contain,
among others, MOS, MOSFET and CMOS
componentry.
Such components are extremely sensitive to high
interference voltages. Under certain
circumstances static charging (produced, for
example, by the movement of rubber or plastic
shoes across synthetic floor coverings) can give
rise to exceptionally high discharge peaks (up to
several thousand volts), which could lead to the
destruction of these components.
Improper or inadequate performance of repair
procedures can impair the proper functioning of
the Placement System SIPLACE and, under
certain circumstances, may even result in serious
consequential damage to the equipment. In such
instances the customary warranty obligations are
no longer binding.

Kataloghandling
Allgemeines
Die bebilderte Teileliste besteht aus einer Bildtafel
(die wiederum aus mehreren Blättern bestehen
kann) und aus der dazugehörenden ein- oder
mehrseitigen Teileliste.
Die in einer Bildtafel dargestellten Teile sind in der
zugehörigen Teileliste (gleiche Kapitelnummer)
beschrieben. Der Begriff Teil wird nicht nur für
mechanische, elektrische oder pneumatische
Einzelteile verwendet, sondern auch für
Hauptbaugruppen, Baugruppen, Unterbaugruppen
oder Module.
Aufbau der Teileliste
Using the Catalog
General
The illustrated parts list consists of figures (which
in turn may comprise several pages) and the
associated parts list (one or more pages).
The parts shown in an illustration (figure) are
described in the associated parts list (same
chapter number). The term "part" in this context is
not only used for individual mechanical, electrical
or pneumatic parts, but also for major assemblies,
assemblies, subassemblies, or modules.
Structure of the Parts List
Das erste Feld der Teileliste gibt die Seiten-Nr.
der Bildtafel an, in der das bezeichnete Teil
dargestellt ist (z. B. 3.9 - 04).
Das zweite Feld gibt die Positions-Nr. des
bezeichneten Teiles in der entsprechenden
Bildtafel an.
Das dritte Feld enthält die elfstellige
Artikelnummer, die sich aus Stammnummer und
Funktionsstand zusammensetzt. Der
Funktionsstand ermöglicht die Erkennung von
Funktionsmerkmalen in der Artikelnummer. Bei
einseitig austauschbaren Teilen/Gruppen wird die
Stammnummer beibehalten, der
Funktionsstand bei funktionaler Änderung erhöht.
The first column in the parts list indicates the
page number of the illustration in which the
specific part is shown (e.g. 3.9 - 04).
The second column indicates the item number of
the particular part listed on the respective
illustration.
The third column contains the eleven-digit part
number which is composed of the master code
and the configuration level (CL). The configuration
level code which is integrated into the part number
allows functional features to be identified.
As far as parts/assemblies with one-way
interchangeability are concerned, the master code
will be retained, the configuration level will be
incremented.

Befestigungsteile, soweit es sich um Normteile
handelt (DIN, ISO), werden in der Regel nicht
ausgewiesen (keine Positionsnummer), da es sich
dabei um allgemein erhältliche Kaufteile handelt.
Das vierte Feld enthält die Bezeichnung des
Teiles. Diese Bezeichnung kann unter Umständen
auch durch weitere, präzisierende Angaben wie
DIN-Bezeichnungen oder ähnliches ergänzt sein.

Das fünfte Feld benennt die Menge des
dargestellten Teiles in der entsprechenden
Hauptbaugruppe, Baugruppe oder
Unterbaugruppe.
Das sechste Feld gibt den Hinweis darauf, ob ein
Teil lagerhaltig bestellbar (E) oder retourenfähig
(R) ist. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese
Kennzeichnungen aktualisiert werden. Aus
diesem Grund ist nur die entsprechende
Auftragsbestätigung verbindlich.
Mit R gekennzeichneten Ersatzteile sind
vergünstigungsfähig (das retourenfähige Teil wird
zu dem in der aktuellen Preisliste genannten
Gutschriftsatz zurück gekauft).

Ist weder das gewünschte Teil noch die
übergeordnete Baugruppe (erkennbar an einer
geringeren Anzahl von Punkten in Feld " ") mit E
oder R gekennzeichnet, wenden Sie sich an Ihren
zuständigen Ansprechpartner. Dieser wird Ihnen
das passende Ersatzteil benennen.

The fifth column indicates the quantity of a
specific illustrated part required in the respective
major assembly, assembly or sub-assembly.
The sixth column indicates whether a part can be
ordered from stock (E) or whether it is returnable
(R). Note that this information is updated regularly.
For this reason, only the appropriate order
confirmation is considered binding.
Parts that are marked R may be discounted (the
returned part can be bought back at the credit rate
specified in the current price list).
When placing an order:
If neither the part you require nor the
superordinate assembly (can be recognized by
fewer dots in the " " column) is marked E or R,
contact the appropriate partner. He or she will be
able to name the appropriate replacement part.
