Introduction
About Safety
To replace the parts, be sure to comply with the following tips.
However, these tips does not cover all the aspects of safety in detail and it is extremely
important that those who handle the machine make correct decisions regarding machine
operation and their own safety.
CAUTION
The parts replacement and adjustment must be conducted by those who have been
trained in machine operation and maintenance, and have a through knowledge to
demonstrate handling of a machine upon safety instructions.
※ Be sure to turn off the machine’s power supply before conducting parts replacement
and adjustment..
※ Be sure to push the Emergency Stop switch, and conduct parts replacement and
adjustment while a machine is at emergency stop.
※ Refer to the manual for the replacement, adjustment, and maintenance of each
consumable part.
CAUTION indicates that such improper handling of a machine and parts as described
may cause a major injury, material loss, or a damage to a machine. Following the
instructions is also important to protect a machine and its data.
About Level Column
Use " ○ △ × " in the level column as a reference when replacing, adjusting,
maintaining the parts.
“○”is aimed at those who have been trained in basic maintenance of the machine or
those who are eligible to conduct an equivalent work.
When an instruction is noted as“ ○ ”but it seems to be difficult to follow, contact a
service representative at i-PULSE.
i-PULSE does not take any responsibility that arises from any improper handling of the
machine operation, parts replacement and adjustment, or maintenance.
Note
Rank A : The functions of these parts gradually deteriorate with the passage of machine's
operation time.
Rank B : The machine stops immediately if the functions of these parts are disabled.
Rank C : Machine consists of more than one piece of the parts and the machine still
operates even when one of them are disabled.
Rank E : The functions of the consumable part gradually deteriorate with the passage of
machine's operation time.
/ : Maintenance of these parts are excluded from this list. (The screws are also
excluded and not displayed in this list)
Q’ty : The number of parts used for the machine.
Level ○ : Aims at those who have been trained in basic machine operation, parts
replacement and adjustment, and maintenance or those who are eligible to
conduct an equivalent work..
Level △ : Aims at those who have been trained in intensive machine operation, parts
replacement and adjustment, and maintenance by i-PULSE.
Level × : Aims at i-PULSE service representatives.
