In Fiducial Mark Window, Select "Scan Test" as Follows and Perform Test Repeatedly.
=> Perform Test Repeatedly until Scan Data of X and Y is within +-0.01mm(Display ).
Take Cursor on Pos 1(Display ).
In Teaching, Select "Move"(Display ) .
Select "OK" and then "Auto Position"(Display ).

If Selecting "Auto Position", the below Window is Appeared.
Take Cursor on X and Y of Ref. Position(Display ).
In Teaching, Select X, Y Get(Display ).
Select "OK" to Finish.
Select and Verify "Set as Master"(Display ).
After Closing the Window, Move to Each ANC Hole and Check it is Located Properly.
