7. Check Aligner.
; If the Window of Aligner is Contaminated or Dusty, Error in Parts Recognition may be Caused.
Verify Align Alive Image to Check the Condition of Aligner. If any Abnormalities Exist, Clean it.

8. If the Image with Aligner Contaminated is Appeared, Wipe the Window of Aligner Clearly Taking Care not to be Scratched.
9. Check Vacuum Pressure and Vacuum Filter.
; Observe the Condition of Filter Occasionally.
Check Vacuum Pressure is 40~60 mmHg(without Nozzle), 100~140 mmHg(with Nozzle) and 400~600 mmHg(Part Pick Up).
If the Value is not Normal, Replace Vacuum Generator.
10. Check Compliance Ass'y.
Verify Spring Tension
Operates Properly.

If Spring of Compliance Ass'y is Covered with Dust and Foreign
Materials, Improper Operation may Cause Missed Pick Up and Part
Distortion. Checkout should be Performed Periodically.

O-RING: Prior to Work, Check O-ring is not Worn.
If O-ring is Worn,
- Verify Installation Height of Z-Axis.
; If the Installation Height of Z-Axis is too Low, the Installed Chip may be Bounced up and Removed from Pattern. If the
Height is too High, Chip can not be Installed but be Dropped over the PCB. So, it may Affect Installation State.
- Check Nozzle.
; Clogged or Worn Nozzle may Affect Installation State.
- Check Bonded and Soldered State.
; If Bond and Solder Volume is Insufficient, Chip may be Bounded due to Low Viscosity.
- Check Compliance.
- Check PCB is Secured Properly.
; If PCB is Secured Improperly and Moved when Installing Part, Chip may be Bounded.
