$C343
Z or R axis Homing failed searching sensor or zero phase (home03)
(Head 3-R axis)
Occurs when encoder zero phase or home sensor fails to be On in the course of
searching the Z-axis or R-axis home sensor slowly, or other troubles(motor driver
error, etc.) are occurred during searching.
In case caused by other errors, check the cause of other errors.
For R-axis, check manually the ON/OFF switching conditions of Home sensor.
By use of teaching box, check that R-axis home sensor is detected properly.
$C521
Z-axis motor initialization failed (in103) (Head 1)
Occurs when Motor ID is incorrect or ID exceeds total No. of motors.
This error may occur together with other errors when connection condition of Z Axis
control board is improper.
$C522
Z-axis motor initialization failed (in103) (Head 2)
Occurs when Motor ID is incorrect or ID exceeds total No. of motors.
This error may occur together with other errors when connection condition of Z Axis
control board is improper.
In case caused by other errors, check the cause of other errors.
For Z-axis, check that enough spare space is supplied upwards in order to allow Z-axis to find the
Encoder Zero phase.
Check that Z-axis Encoder line is linked properly.
In case caused by other errors, check the cause of other errors.
For R-axis, check manually the ON/OFF switching conditions of Home sensor.
By use of teaching box, check that R-axis home sensor is detected properly.

This error may occur together with other errors when connection condition of R Axis
control board is improper.
$C621
Z-axis jogging failed (jog103) (Head 1)
Occurs when Jog Speed is transferred incorrectly,
when it fails to define Z axis with software,
caused by unsuitable Motor ID, or when ID exceeds total numbers of motor,
or when action(start or stop) for Motor Jog fails to be defined.
$C622
Z-axis jogging failed (jog103) (Head 2)
Occurs when Jog Speed is transferred incorrectly,
when it fails to define Z axis with software,
caused by unsuitable Motor ID, or when ID exceeds total numbers of motor,
or when action(start or stop) for Motor Jog fails to be defined.
