Check that tolerance of part is suitable.
Check that picked up condition of part and value of Z-axis inputted are suitable.
Check for feeding condition of Feeder.
Check that scan size of part registered is identical to that of real part.
Check that Align height of part is proper.
Check that thickness of part registered is identical to that of real part.
Check that tolerance of part is suitable.
Check that picked up condition of part and value of Z-axis inputted are suitable.
Check for feeding condition of Feeder.
Check a Nozzle for abnormal conditions.

1.Installation & Test Process
: Business Vs C/S Vs Production Management(Forwarding)
1) Business : Apply the Related Documents to the Installation Team 3 Days before Installation, Request the Forwarding
Department of Production Management to Apply for an Assembly Insurance Taking out, and Request the
Installation Team for Field Check Depending on the Situation(Request Document for Cooperation and
Related Documents). When Goods Are Transferred to Customers, Check Invoice and Get Signatures in It
from Customers to Complete the Delivery.
2) Forwarding : Notify Weekly and Daily Forwarding Specifications to the Installation Team, and That Day Forwarding
Specifications to the Installer in the Installation Team.
At This Time, Also Notify the Arrival Time of Cars and Specifications of Forwarding Items(Notification
Form of Forwarding Specification).
3) Installation : On the Basis of the Working Details Notified from Business Team, Verify Forwarding Schedule and
Details from Production Management Team. If Required, Make Plans for Safety Management and
Working after Survey Field in Advance.
When Cars Arrive, Compare and Check Receipt and Invoice, Unload and Check Goods, and then
Sign the Receipt.
Confirm the Invoice with Salesperson and Confirm Delivery finally by Let Customers Confirm the
Specifications of Packing List.
After Confirming Delivery, Install Equipment According to Installation Guide, Check Installed State and
Performance of Equipment According to Checkout Sheet, Let Customer Confirm it and Get a Signal.
Store the Signed Checkout Sheet in the Department.
