Structural Test
Detected using an in-circuit tester, from a broad portfolio, IPTE offers the most renowned testers
on the market, and are easily integrated into IPTE’s test handlers.
IPTE has automation solutions available for Acculogic, Checksum, Aeroex, DigitalTest, elowerk,
Keysight, Teradyne, TRI and more.
Functional Test
Functional test systems have an open, modular hardware platform, based on
IPTE’s proprietary ILAN or rack-and-stack equipment, PXI standards or PC-
based solutions.
IPTE’s FrameWorx+ or National Instruments’ LabWindows CVI™ LabView™
or TestStand™, provide customers with an easy to use, fast, efcient tool to develop new
applications in the shortest possible time.
Visual Inspection
Visual inspection can be implemented in a lot of steps in the product
assembly process. These steps include specic solder paste inspection,
component placement and the inspection of connector pins for presence
and straightness.
Program Loading
IPTE offers a range of solutions to download software from low- to high-volume
production environments.
EOL (End of Line) / Final Test
Contacting nal products requires specic automatically inserted connector
solutions with low-wear, high-contact reliability.
