Belt presser [03146231-xx] removed.
► Loosen the two screws ISO 4762 - M 3 x 6-A2-70
[03042541-xx] (1) on the Pusher 22 motor mount-
ing [03147369-xx] to release tension on the
Toothed belt Synchroflex 6+-0.1 S3M/459
[03146204-xx].

► Remove the Toothed belt Synchroflex 6+-0.1
S3M/459 [03146204-xx].
Installation
► Follow the removal instructions in reverse order for installation. Also observe the following in-
structions:
► Check the belt tension with a belt tension meas-
uring device while adjusting the two screws ISO
4762 - M 3 x 6-A2-70 [03042541-xx] (1) on the
Pusher 22 motor mounting [03147369-xx]. The
belt tension should be 55±5 HZ.

4.7.2 Replacing the Pusher Driven Unit

Pusher driven unit complete [03127637-xx]
Removal
► Switch off the machine, disconnect it from the power supply and secure it to prevent
unauthorized reactivation. Observe the instructions in section 1.2 "Preparatory Work..." [}11].
► Remove the conveyor from the tower (see 2.1.1 "Removing Conveyor from Machine" [}17]).
► Follow the removal instructions from chapter "Replacing the Pusher unit cpl. [03147372-xx]"
and "Replacing the Toothed belt Synchroflex 6+-0.1 S3M/459 [03146204-xx]"
► Remove the Socket head shoulder screw
M3x4x10 [03129006-xx] (1).
► Remove the Pusher driven unit cpl. [03127637-
xx] (2).
Installation
► Follow the removal instructions in reverse order for installation.
