1 Brief Description

This document describes the Version 605.04 operating software for SIPLACE

machines with the

following components

– Graphical user interface (GUI)

– Test software (SITEST)

– SIPLACE Vision

– Station computer (SC)

– Optional Vision computer (required for the 3D coplanarity sensor option)

– Service Tools (see chapter 6)

The software was specially developed for operating the following machines:

– SIPLACE X2

– SIPLACE X3

– SIPLACE X4

– SIPLACE D1 / D1i

– SIPLACE D2 / D2i

– SIPLACE D3

– SIPLACE D4 / D4i
