1.1 General
Two new functions where added to the Setup Center 2.1 SP1: 1
– Activation with Barcode.The Barcode Assistant of Setup Center can now print barcodes for
"Activate Track" for each location, similar to the existing Tableverification and Refill barcodes.
Scanning of a reel after activating a track is now required
– A new barcode type has been added "DoubleCheckWithComponent". With this, it is possible
to verify the component against another source, for example a setup printout with barcodes for
the components. The “DoubleCheckWithComponent” barcode is configured the same way as
the existing Barcode types. Example: a reel has the barcodes "UniqueId", "Component" and
"OriginalQuantity". These are configured in the settings dialog as in Setup Center RF 2.1. Now
a new barcode with the type "DoubleScan" is added to these. The operator must first scan all
barcodes on the reel, then the component on the setup printout.
