1. About this manual
The instruction manual of this machine is written for those who operate this machine. Please read this
manual carefully for correct operations and pay special attention to safety precautions.
After reading through this manual, please use this manual as an occasional reference and keep it within
reach.
Contents description
The maintenance part (part Nos.) given in this manual are the original part Nos. which were assigned
to the parts when this manual was issued. Because these parts Nos. may be changed without prior
notice, be sure to verify the latest part Nos. by contacting your sales representative before ordering
parts.

2. Contents of each chapter
This manual is comprised of the following chapters.
Chapter 1 Maintenance
Describes operating conditions and environments necessary to maintain the machine performance, and
the importance of the daily check work and cleaning work. Setups to make before starting maintenance
work, consumable parts and maintenance tools as well as the necessary tools are also described.
Chapter 2 Daily maintenance items
Making checks and cleaning the machine are essential daily maintenance tasks for maintaining
equipment performance. Performing these tasks prevents unforeseen trouble and allows using the
machine in an optimum state.
Chapter 3 Periodic maintenance items
Describes maintenance tasks that should be performed periodically to maintain equipment performance.
Each maintenance items are set recommended maintenance intervals, such as "weekly", "monthly",
"3-month",
"6-month", or "over 1-year", other than "daily". Describes details of maintenance items which are
checking, cleaning, methods of lubrication to each axes
and parts replacement.
See "Chapter 5 The replacement of consumable parts" for the replacement procedure of consumable
parts.
Chapter 4 Lubrication points and schedule
Provides information regarding the lubrication points, lubrication tools, and the lubrication schedule for
the axes described in "Chapter 3 Periodic maintenance items".
Chapter 5 Replacement of consumable parts
Provides information regarding the consumable parts, such as nozzle or leaf spring, and other
replacement parts such as bulbs.
Appendix
Provides information regarding the specification, such as supply air pressure, power supply connection
unit, and input/output signals.
Also provides information of "User support".
