Step 2. 按OP面板的'EMG'按钮停止作业后、依次按'STOP','RESET'按钮。

Step 3. 从主轴的Vacuum Filter分离出tube
Step 4. 用超细纱布清扫LM guide rail及Ball Spline及Mirror CAM,
Mirror CAM和用小brush在LM guide rail及Ball Spline及Mirror
CAM涂Grease
S Axis Mirror CAM
Z Axis LM Guide
Ball Spline

注 意
使用指定的注油器、把指定的润滑脂用指定的方法进行注油。不使用其
他方法进行注油。
注 意
设备运行的环境不佳时请随时确认注油状态进行注油。
