Feeder Viewer
6. [Plan layout] button
Displays the layout of feeder setups, tray changer setups or wafer tray changer setups.
Reference
The [Plan layout] button has the same function as the "Plan layout" command in the View menu.

Feeders
Machine name, number of parts whose feeder set position is unspecified,
and total number of mounting points are shown in the center of the layout.

7. [Interference check] button
Checks whether the feeder positions interfere with a moving part in each machine.
If feeders that might cause interference are found, a dialog box appears to show a list of those feeder set positions.
(Feeder positions on all machines are checked.)
Reference
The [Interference check] button has the same function as the "Execute interference check of feeder" command in
the View menu.

When you click the [OK] button in the above dialog box, the feeder positions that may cause interference are shown in
red on the feeder setup layout.

This interference check also confirms the feeders where no head can reach.

Feeder Viewer
9. [Show feeder layout by Board] button
Displays (or hides) the feeder set positions in different colors according to board data used with each machine, by
retrieving them from the board data in the production board list in the left pane.
You can easily check the feeder set positions for each board data.

This button has the same function as the "Board" command in the View menu.

Reference
Display color assigned to each board data is indicated in the leftmost column of the production board list. When the
feeders with the same parts are to be installed in the same positions on the feeder plate by different board data,
those feeders are shown in black.
If a check box in the leftmost column is cleared, the feeders used by that board data are not displayed on the feeder
plate layout.
10. [Show parts usage amount] button
Displays (or hides) a “color bar graph” showing the number of parts used with each board data, by retrieving it from the
board data in the production board list in the left pane. You can check how frequently parts will be used from the feeders
on each machine.
Reference
This button has the same function as the "Parts amount" command in the View menu.
Selecting the "Parts frequency" command from the View menu displays or hides the "color bar graph" that shows the
number of parts used with each board data.
