: Insert the travel limiter. You must feel the compression spring snap into place.

: Remove the tool.
: Insert two travel limiters per conveyor side wall and placement area.
: If you wish to remove the travel limiters, insert the tool over the limiter and then pull the spring
up.
The travel limiter can then be pulled out at the side.

Make sure that the spring does not jump out. It must be lowered correctly back into a groove or
placed around the pins. 2

Please contact Siemens L&A Product Management if you need to place the PCBs right up to the
edge. 2

: Close the covers over the cable ducts.
: Refit the lifting tables into the placement machine and bolt in place.

: Insert the pins in the base of the ceramic substrate centering unit into holes in the lifting table
bed, and tighten the pins.
: Connect the second end of the air hose that comes from the solenoid valve to the second con-
nector on the ceramic substrate centering unit using the quick-release coupling (KS2-CK-3).

: Insert the carriage unit onto the base.
