For the Taping Components, the top surface of the carrier tape should be at

And, in case of that each distance between pockets is narrow, the top surface
of the carrier tape should be higher than any components stored in the taping
carrier.

Other than left and right of pockets' outside, fused spots exist on the surface of between pockets.
(Also, any Taping Components with fused spots in non-periodical manner can not be dealed with the SL feeders.)
