9.1 Installation and operating instructions
For the installation and operation of the productivity lift the following details must be observed:
– Permissible surface loading of the supporting floor:0,2 t/m²
– Room temperature:15°C to 35°C
– Humidity in the area:30% to 70%, on average not higher than 45% so that condensation on the
machine can definitely be avoided.
– Max. noise production:62 dBA
– Average humidity:≥ 45%
– Surrounding influences:Exclusion of splashed water and solid particles / dust in the surround-
ing environment.
– Machine transportation:Details for transportation of the machine are found in the installation in-
structions.
9.2 Electrical and pneumatic connection
– Mains voltage:230V AC / 50Hz, 110V AC / 60 Hz
– Compressed air supply:min. 6 bar (10 l/min.), max. 10 bar
– Compressed air connection:1/2“
– Compressed air quality:see compressed air specification for the
SIPLACE placement machines.
– Specified operating pressure:5 bar
– Operating conditions:Exclusion of splashed water and solid particles / dust in the surrounding
environment.
NOTE
In contrast to the SIPLACE placement machines, the compressed air supply can be switched off
at the valve on the filter regulator for an unlimited time. This will not be damage the valve.
