Explanation of terms and definitions
The machine positions will be approached.
X By clicking on the fiducial window (1) you will
see a range of other functions (2), such as
those for moving or centering the fiducial
window.
X Click on
Next
(3) to teach the fiducial
(position).
X Select the step size and teach the gantry, so
that the PCB camera is centered above the
fiducial (1).
X Click on the Save (2) button.
The field (3) shows the target values from the
machine data and the taught offset.

12.5.2.1 Teaching Machine Positions - Feeder
The table (fiducial) which corresponds to the
gantry chosen (location) can now be taught.
Naming convention
1. DeviceLocation_1_L.XTable: Fiducial 1 (only
used at locations 1 and 3)
2. DeviceLocation_1_L.XTable: Fiducial 2
3. DeviceLocation_1_L.XTable: Fiducial 3 (only
used at locations 2 and 4)
4. DeviceLocation_1_L.XTable: Fiducial 4 (is not
used)
In addition to the tables (fiducials), all pickup
positions for the configured feeders can be
checked and taught.

Naming conventions, example of gantry 1
1. NozzleChangerCtrl_1_R: Offset correction
You can only teach the outer fiducial of the
nozzle station in each case. An offset is stored
in the software, for the second fiducial.
2. Gantry_1R: Zero Offset
Fiducial for the machine zero point
Current position – from this position, the gantry
can be taught in any position.
