Lubricating Bearings and Driver Groove at the Sensor Lever
Interval: 1 month
Equipment:
Spray grease (aerosol)
Legend
[1] Bearing of the sensor lever with
driver groove behind it
[2] Return spring
Carefully, lubricate the bearing of the sen-
sor lever at the spring suspension.
In doing so, the driver groove is lubricated
at the same time.
Remove any excess lubrication.
Control the return spring for damage.
Lubricating or Cleaning the Z Guide
Depending on the gripper version (for left or right location) the Z guide consists of a sliding guide
with springs (right location) or of a linear carriage with springs (left location).
Interval: 1 month
Equipment:
Multipette, Lubcon Thermoplex ALN 1001/00 (left location)
SIPLACE cleaning tissue (right location)

Lubricating the Z Guide at the Left Location
Fill the Multipette (See ”Filling and Setting the Multipette” on page - 18.).
Apply 4µl lubricant onto the linear carriage.
Manually move the linear carriage back and forth for approx. 5 times.
Apply another 4µl lubricant.
Manually move the linear carriage back and forth for another 5 times.
Remove excess lubricant with a lint-free cloth.
Cleaning the Z Guide at the Right Location
Wipe the bolt of the sliding guide with a SIPLACE cleaning tissue.

Maintenance Work at the Magazine Lift
Vacuuming the Magazine Support Plate
Interval: Weekly
Equipment:
Vacuum cleaner, brush
Open the sliding door of the magazine lift.
Clean the magazine support plate with a vacuum cleaner or a brush from dust and dirt.
Close the sliding door.
Cleaning the Frame Sensor
The two frame sensors are located at the rear side of the magazine lift.
CAUTION
Never use a solvent for cleaning the sensors, to prevent the plastic surface from being damaged.
Interval: Monthly
Equipment:
