2.1 Safety Instructions
DANGER
Make sure that no one is working on the connected component trolley when you switch on the
power supply.
The external power supply may only be connected to the component trolley if it has been fully
docked out of the placement machine and all electrical connections to the placement machine
have been disconnected.
The device must only be used for its intended purpose, the supply of the component trolley of
SIPLACE HS-50 / HS-60 / D4!
The device must not be opened and manipulated.
Before opening the device remove the power plug from the power outlet!

: Before making the connection to the mains, check whether the fuses installed are the correct
ones and whether the correct voltage is set - depending on what main voltage is available (see
Chapter 2.5).

2.3 Overview
An external power supply unit is employed to power an HS-50 / HS-60 / D4 component table, in-
dependent of the placement machine.
The unit can be adjusted to the existing main voltage, 230 V or 115 V, from the outside, without
opening. As delivered, the unit is equipped for a main voltage of 230 V AC.
