2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by OUT sensor when
the error occurred.
If the OUT sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed,
there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of OUT
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
① If there is anything that OUT sensor reacts to underneath the OUT sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor.
② If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
③ If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the OUT sensor
is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a
contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If
any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
④ If the treatment 3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
E650271 “Clamp error : Backup plate of the center station went up illegally.
The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] The backup plate did not get to the aimed clamp height. This error usually occurs
when there happens a mechanical hindrance to make the backup plate go up.
[Treatment] 1 If the backup table was up when the error occurred.
① Ref. pin or a follower pin (or both of them) does not get in a Ref. pin hole
on the PWB. Please set the positions of the Ref. pin and the follower pin
correctly to the position of the Ref. Hole.
② An implement or component got caught between the PWB and the center
station. Please see if there is anything to obstruct clamping between the
PWB and the center station.
③ The backup pin is pushing up the back side of the PWB on which
components are already mounted. Please change the position of the
backup pin to make it touch the PWB.
④ The thickness of PWB was set to significantly thin in the PWB data.
Please re-enter the correct thickness.
2 Backup table went up at a high speed, and the continuous collision sound
came out.
① The encoder that decides a position of PWB may be broken. It could be
that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the
connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that the encoder itself
is broken. Please examine the wiring and connector part If any of them
are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
② There is a possibility that the screw that holds the encoder and the
encoder axis together is loose. Please examine if the screw is tightened
up enough.
③ If the treatments above do not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.

3 The motor made a noise but the backup table did not come up.
There is a possibility that the up-and-down motion system under the backup
table has a problem. The timing belt, the screw that holds a belt pulley, or the
screw that holds a motor may be loose. Please see if the each part is
tightened up enough.
4 The backup table did not come up and the motor did not make any noise.
① There is a possibility that the driving step motor is broken. It could be that
the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin of the connector
part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken.
Please examine the wiring and connector part. If any of them are broken,
you need to replace them with new ones.
② If the treatment1 does not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.
E650272 “Clamp error : Time-out occurred while backup plate of the center
station went up. The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove
on the conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate did not get to the aimed clamp height. As a cause, there is a
possibility that the firmware on the XMP board has a problem.
[Treatment] The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not
under the control mode.
① Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
② If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in the
XMP board are properly connected.
③ If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a new
one.
E650273 “Clamp error : Backup plate of the center station went down illegally.
The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] The backup plate did not get down to the aimed height. This error usually occurs
when there happens a mechanical hindrance that prevents backup plate from
going down. .
[Treatment] 1 If the backup table was going down when the error occurred.
There is an implement or some such between the backup table and a frame or
mechanism underneath it. Please examine if there is anything under the
backup table.
2 Backup table went down at a high speed, and the continuous collision sound

3 The motor made a noise but the backup table did not come down.
There is a possibility that the up-and-down motion system under the backup
table has a problem. The timing belt, the screw that holds a belt pulley, or the
screw that holds a motor may be loose. Please see if the each part is
tightened up enough.
4 The backup table did not come down and the motor did not make any noise.
E650274 “Clamp error : Time-out occurred while backup plate of the center
station went down. The process is forcibly terminated. Please
remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate did not get down to the aimed clamp height. As a cause, there
is a possibility that the firmware on the XMP board has a problem.
[Treatment] The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not
under the control mode.
① Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
② If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in
the XMP board are properly connected.
③ If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a
new one.
E650275 “Clamp error : Something is wrong with the backup motor
movement of the center station. The process is forcibly terminated.
Please remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate did not get to the aimed clamp height. As a cause, there is a
possibility that the firmware on the XMP board has a problem.
[Treatment] The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not
under the control mode.
① Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
② If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in

new one.
E650276 “Clamp error : Hole reference process at the center station finished
illegally. The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the
conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate got to the aimed clamp height but the Ref. pin sensor did not
get ON. This error is likely to occur when the Ref. pin did not get in the positioning
hole correctly.
