Output buffer. The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on
the conveying route”
[Cause] The error occurs when letting a PWB on the OUTPUT buffer go based on a PWB
request signal sent from a machine in the lower part of the line, but the OUT
sensor does not get OFF after a certain amount of time has passed since the
sensor got OFF and then ON again. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB can
not go through the INPUT buffer for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by the OUT sensor when
the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not
connecting well to the machine in the lower part of the line. Please
re-adjust the connection.
The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the
conveyor width.
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. The following cases do not match your machine.
A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of
4mm or more.
A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by the OUT sensor
when the error occurred.
If the OUT sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed,
there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of OUT
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If there is anything that OUT sensor reacts to underneath the OUT sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor.
If the treatment1 does not work, please re-adjust the sensitivity of the
sensor, using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the OUT sensor
is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a
contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
the sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector.
If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.

E651001 “Returning to ORIGIN has not been done”
[Cause] Returning to ORIGIN of Auto. PWB Width Alignment control has not been
complete.
In order to adjust the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control, ORIGIN returning has
to be done.
[Treatment] Please complete the ORIGIN returning by pressing the ORIGIN button.
E651002 “An error occurred when returning to ORIGIN”
[Cause] An error occurred while Auto. PWB Width Alignment control was returning to its
ORIGIN.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your ma chine and re-boot it. If the error
occurs even after the re-boot, please contact our technical service dept. for
information.
E651003 “There is no need to move”
[Cause] There is no need to adjust the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control since the
board width got to the required width already.
[Treatment]
E651004 “The traveling movement has discontinued due to Backup pin
detection”
[Cause] The traveling movement got discontinued since the backup pin detecting sensor
detected something while the movement.
A backup pin was detected.
A conveying unit (Stopper pin unit, STOP C-OUT sensor unit, Outer shape X
pusher unit) interferes.
The installation position of the Backup pin detecting sensor is wrong.
The Backup pin detecting sensor is broken.
[Treatment] If a cause of the abortion is a detected backup pin, please adjust a position of
the backup pin.
If a cause of the abortion is an interference with a conveying unit, please
adjust a position of the conveying unit.
Please adjust the position of a unit that interferes.
Since the Backup pin detecting sensor has separated light emitter and light
receiver. Therefore, the sensor could be ON if the installation positions of the
emitter and receiver are wrong. If there is anything to interfere the sensor but
the sensor is ON, you need to adjust the installation position of the sensor.
Please examine the status of the sensor by adjusting the Auto. PWB Width
Alignment control with Manual control.
If the error still occurs even after all the treatments above were taken place,
there is a possibility that the sensor is broken. Please contact our technical
service dept. for information.
E651005 “More than one command were tried to start at one time”
[Cause] Several commands to the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control device driver got
started at one time.
[Treatment] Please re-start the application.
Please re-install or version-up the application.
If the error still occurs even after all the treatments above were taken place,
please contact our technical service dept. for information.

E651006 “An error occurred while issuing command run event”
[Cause] An error occurred inside the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control device driver.
An error occurred while issuing a command event.
[Treatment] Please re-start the application.
Please re-install or version-up the application.
If the error still occurs even after all the treatments above were taken place,
please contact our technical service dept. for information.
E651007 “A time-out occurred while waiting for a command to be complete”
[Cause] An error occurred inside the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control device driver.
A time-out error occurred while waiting for a command to be complete.
[Treatment] Please re-start the application.
Please re-install or version-up the application.
If the error still occurs even after all the treatments above were taken place,
please contact our technical service dept. for information.
E651008 “Although the motor stopped, encoder does not stop”
[Cause] It is confirmed that the motor of the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control has
stopped but not the encoder.
The Auto. PWB Alignment control unit is broken.
[Treatment] Please examine the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control with Manual control.
Please turn off the power supply of your machine and re-boot it. If the error
occurs even after the re-boot, please contact with our technical service dept.
for information.
E651009 “An error occurred when starting the motor”
[Cause] An error occurred when the motor of the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control got
started.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and re-boot it. If the error
occurs even after the re-boot, please contact with our technical service dept. for
information.
E651010 “An error occurred while waiting for the motor to stop”
[Cause] An error occurred while the motor of the Auto. PWB Width Alignment control was
moving.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and re-boot it. If the error
occurs even after the re-boot, please contact with our technical service dept. for
information.
E651011 “An error occurred while reading ORIGIN sensor in” "
