B. CORRECTIVE ACTIONS
E100010 “Failed to initialize the Windows Socket”
[Cause] A critical error occurred while initializing the system.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is a possibility that a system file
is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for
information.
E100020 “Failed to initialize OLE. Confirm the OLE Library version”
[Cause] An error occurred while starting the axis control process.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is a possibility that a system file
is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for
information.
E102010 “Fatal system error occurred. Abort the process”
[Cause] A critical error occurred while initializing the system.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is a possibility that a system file
is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for
information.
E102020 “You tried to start up, before the end of the previous system
program. Exit the system program, and start again”
[Cause] The next main process got started before the main process fully completed.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is a possibility that a system file
is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for
information.
E102100 “There was a fatal failure while starting the KE-2000 system.
Avoiding the possible damages, the system is going to abort the
process. (error code = %d)”
[Cause] A critical error occurred during the initialization.
