E109110 “Fatal error occurred in constructing axes structure. Abort the
process”
[Cause] An error occurred in the process of creating axis structure that meets the
machine hardware.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of the machine after finishing everything and
shutting down the machine.
If the error occurs even after the rebooting, there is a possibility that a system file
is broken.
Please take a note of the error number and contact our technical service dept. for
information.

[Cause] An error occurred while starting the Axis Control process.

Cause] A nozzle which the machine does not recognize is installed.
[Treatment] Please return the nozzle to ATC manually.
If such a nozzle has not been installed on the head, there is a possibility that the
laser is too dirty to work properly or that the laser is broken. If so, please clean
the laser.
If such a nozzle still seems to be installed when you perform the Nozzle laser
measurement by Manual control, please take a note of the error number and
contact our technical service dept. for information.
