E241013 “Component data is incomplete”
[Cause] The Component data is incomplete.
[Treatment] Please complete the Component data.
E241014 “Index of pick data has irregularities. (%d)”
[Cause] The index number of the Pick data is illegal. There is a possibility that the
production program is broken.
? : The index number of the Pick data.
[Treatment] Please examine the production program.
E241015 “Pick data is incomplete”
[Cause] The Pick data is incomplete.
[Treatment] Please complete the Pick data.
E241016 “Setting the nozzle has not been allocated to ATC. Allocate the
nozzle to ATC using TC nozzle setup function when machine setup.
Nozzle no. : %d”
[Cause] The nozzle that is set in the Component data cannot be assigned to ATC.
? : Nozzle No.
[Treatment] Please check the nozzle No. in the Component data. If the nozzle No. is correct,
please assign the nozzle to ATC in the ATC Nozzle Allocation in the Machine
Setup.
E241018 “There is no pick data available”
[Cause] There is no data available in the Pick data linked to.
[Treatment] Please examine the Pick data.
E241020 “There is no input character”
[Cause] There was no character when you hit the Enter key to define characters.
[Treatment] Please enter characters.
E241021 “Input character has irregularities”
[Cause] The input characters were illegal when you hit the Enter key to define the
characters.
[Treatment] Please enter correct characters.
E241022 “Input value exceeds predetermined data range. (Data range : %s - %)”
[Cause] The value when you hit the Enter key to define it exceeded the input range.
? : input range
[Treatment] Please enter a value that is within the input range.
E241023 “Component size is too big”
[Cause] Measurement/Inspection can not be performed since the component’s size is too
big.
[Treatment] Please check the component’s size.
E241024 “The start no. is larger than the end no.”
[Cause] The starting component number is larger than the ending component number.
51
[Treatment] Please re-enter the starting or ending component number, and make sure that
the ending component number is always larger than the starting component
number.
W241025 “Measurement item is not selected”
[Cause] Measurement cannot be performed since no measurement items are selected.
[Treatment] Please select necessary measurement items.
E241026 “There is not a measurement possible component”
[Cause] As a result of a search by measurement conditions, there is no component that
can be measured.
[Treatment] Please check the measurement(inspection) conditions.
E241028 “There is not a inspection possible component”
[Cause] An a result of a search by inspection conditions, there is no component that can
be inspected.
[Treatment] Please check the inspection conditions.
I241200 “A continuous measurement ended”
[Cause] This message appears to inform you the end(interruption) of the continuous
measurement.
[Treatment] Please press the ‘OK’ button.
I241201 “A continuous inspection ended”
[Cause] This message appears to inform you the end(interruption) of the continuous
inspection.
[Treatment] Please press the ‘OK’ button.
Q241300 “Do you interrupt process?”
[Cause] You are asked if to abort the process when the STOP switch is pressed during
the execution of the process.
[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will abort the process.
‘NO’ button will continue the process.
Q241301 “A noz. When calculated from the outline that measured and a noz.
When at present is set up differes. A calculation noz. No. : %3d A
setting noz. No. : %3d | Does it renew a noz.? When a noz. Is
renewed vacuum level is initialized”
[Cause] A nozzle number calculated from the measured component outline and a nozzle
number that is specified in the Component data differs from each other. You are
asked if to perform a nozzle change.
? : A nozzle number calculated from the measured component outline.
?? : A nozzle number that is specified in the Component data
52
[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will change the nozzle number to a calculated nozzle number. At this
point, [Vacuum pressure of component picking] in the Component data is
initialized.
‘NO’ button will not change the nozzle number. Other measured data will be valid.
Q241302 “A nozzle number when calculated from the measurement result
and a nozzle number when at present is set up differes. Is the
nozzle exchanged?”
[Cause] A nozzle number calculated from the measured component outline and a nozzle
number that is specified in the Component data differs from each other. You are
asked if to perform a nozzle change.
[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will perform a nozzle change, and continue to measure vacuum
pressure and the lead information. ‘NO’ button will not perform a nozzle change,
but continue to measure vacuum pressure and the lead information.
Q241303 “A pick position is changed. Does it renew a pick data?”
[Cause] You are asked if to take the pick position currently displayed into the Pick data
when ‘Update pick data with new coordinates’ on the Measurement screen is
enabled and the pick position was updated by manual input or teaching.
[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will update the Pick data. ‘NO’ button will not update the Pick data.
E241305 “The measurement error occurred. Do you start single
measurement?”
[Cause] When a measurement error occurred during the continuous measurement, you
are asked if to perform a single measurement for a component that is a cause of
the error.
[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will take you to the screen where you can perform the a single
measurement for the component. ‘NO’ button will take you back to the screen
where you can resume the continuous measurement. You can perform a single
measurement from the continuous measurement result screen.
W241306 “The size relation of length and width does not agree with data.
Width : %s(%s) length : %s(%s) There is possibility that the setting
of outline or direction are not fitting. Do you reflect the
measurement result in the component data?”
[Cause] The shorter side of the component has to be detected first in the outline
measurement. However, the longer side is detected first so the relation between
the longer side and the shorter side does not meet that of the Component data.
There is a possibility that setting of component size or the feeding angle is wrong.
? : The first component width detected.
?? : The lengthwise component size in the Component data.
??? : The second component width detected.
???? : The widthwise component size in the Component data.
[Treatment] Please check the component size and the feeding angle in the Component data.
