[Cause] When a inspection error occurred during the continuous inspection, you are

asked if to perform a single inspection for a component that is a cause of the

error.

[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will take you to the screen where you can perform the a single

inspection for the component.

‘NO’ button will take you to the screen where you can inspect the next

component.

[Cause] You are asked if to close the Measurement screen of the single/continuous

measurement.

[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will end the measurement. ‘NO’ button will cancel to end the

measurement and will go back to the Measurement screen.

[Cause] You are asked if to close the Examination screen of the single/continuous

inspection.

[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will end the inspection. ‘NO’ button will cancel to end the inspection

and will go back to the Examination screen.

[Cause] Verification cannot be performed since there is no verification device installed.

[Treatment] Please check the installation of the verification device (an option in MS

parameter).

[Cause] Verification cannot be performed since the verification device is set to “not use”.

[Treatment] Please check the use status of the device (the Use unit in the Machine Setup).

E241502 “Supply of the component is no CVS”

[Cause] You are trying to verify a component that is not set to ‘Verification’ in the

Expansion screen in Editor.

[Treatment] Please set necessary items (Expansion screen in the Edit and Component data)

for the Verification.

E241503 “The inspection error occurred”

[Cause] This message appears to inform you that an error occurred during the Verification

single inspection.

[Treatment] Please press ‘OK’ button.

E249001 “The origin point return is non-completion. Please operate again

after completing the origin point return”

[Cause] The axis has not yet been returned to home.

[Treatment] Please perform the Return to home with ORIGIN switch.

E249002 “The OCC device is unused. The bank mark recognition is aborted”

[Cause] OCC or OCC2 was set not to “Use” in the Use unit in Setup when performing the

Bank mark recognition.

[Treatment] Please set OCC or OCC2 to “Use” in the Use unit in Setup.

E249003 “The stop key was pressed. The bank mark recognition is aborted”

[Cause] The stop key was pressed while the Bank mark recognition was in operation.

[Treatment] “OK” button will completely abort the Bank mark recognition process.

E249004 “The axis cannot be moved to recognition position. The bank mark

recognition is aborted”

[Cause] An error occurred in the axis traveling.

[Treatment]

[Cause] An error occurred in the Mark recognition by OCC unit.

[Treatment] Please check and see if feederbank is dirty or if something is concealing the

feederbank.

If the mark does not fit in the frame, you need to adjust the mark.

E249006 “MTS power off”

[Cause] The power supply of MTS is off.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

E249007 “MTS cannot move because of cover opening”

[Cause] The cover of the machine is open.

[Treatment] Please close the cover.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS door was open.

[Treatment] Please close the MTS door.

[Cause] MTS is not online.
