E290007 “The Head device is set in unused by the setup”

[cause] The specified head is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the specified head is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in Setup. If

not, this procedure cannot be executed.

E290008 “HW error. Execution is aborted”

[Cause] A requested action to an axis or other hardware got an error. There may be a

possibility of alarm occurrence, servo free, Emergency STOP, etc.

[Treatment] Please try Servo Free unlocking, Home returning, etc.

Q290500 “It is not possible to move to specified position with this device.

Please push ‘No’ when you discontinue ‘Yes’ when the teaching is

started from the current position”

[Cause] You can not move to the previously set coordinates with the device selected by

[Cause] BOC mark was not set in the Board data or the Board data is incomplete.

[Treatment] Please set and complete the board data.

E291007 “The OCC device is set in unused by the setup”

[Cause] The OCC device is set to “not use” in Setup.

[Treatment] If the device is available, set it to “use” in Setup. If not, this operation cannot be

executed.

E291008 “Value is mistake”

[Cause] The value is wrong when you hit the Enter key to define it.

[Treatment] Please check the entered value.

E291009 “Value out of range”

[Cause] The value when you hit the Enter key to define it exceeded the input range.

[Treatment] Please enter a value which is within the input range.

[Cause] Failed to take the value in as a margin since there is a too much difference

between the conveyor width and the board size in Y direction.

[Treatment] Please adjust the difference between the conveyor width and the board size in Y

direction with a hand knob, then try again.

E291011 “Cannot move conveyor”

[Cause] This error occurs when the conveyor width cannot be adjusted for some reason.

There is a possibility that an obstruction is being detected by a sensor on the

conveyor.

[Treatment] Please make sure that there is no obstruction to be detected by sensors between

the current position and the destination.

E291012 “The BOC mark recognition error [Circuit : %d / %d point]”

[Cause] VCS could not recognize the BOC mark(s).

[Cause] The process got forcibly aborted since the Emergency STOP occurred.

[Cause] PWB loading did not succeed since a PWB is staying on the inlet side of the

buffer.

[Treatment] Please take the PWB off the inlet side of the buffer.

[Cause] PWB loading did not succeed since a PWB is staying on the outlet side of the

buffer.
