Q302001 ”Exit machine setup. Set value is saved?”

[Cause] You are asked if to save the parameter that was set in Machine Setup.

[Treatment] “YES” button will save the set value.

“NO” button will not save the set value.

“Cancel” button will cancel your inquiry.

Q302002 “Error has occurred during automatic measurement of nozzle. Do

you interrupt automatic measurement?”

[Cause] An error occurred during the auto. nozzle measurement of ATC nozzle allocation.

You are asked if to abort the following ATC auto. measurement.

[Treatment] “YES” button will abort the auto. measurement.

“NO” button will continue the auto. measurement.

Q302003 ”Return to home has not yet been completed. Return to home?”

[Cause] The axis has not returned to home yet. You are asked if to perform Home

returning.

[Treatment] “YES” button will perform the Home returning, and continue the process.

“NO” button will not perform the Home returning, but continue the process.

Q302004 “Error has occurred during nozzle installation. Move to parking

position?”

[Cause] A nozzle installation error of ATC nozzle allocation occurred. You are asked if to

move the head to the nozzle removal position.

[Treatment] “YES” button will move the head to the nozzle removal position, and continue the

process.

“NO” button will not move the head to the nozzle removal position, but continue

the process.

Q302005 “Extend shuttle?”

[Cause] You are asked if to draw a shuttle out of MTC when teaching the MTC shuttle

pick position to the machine.

[Treatment] “YES” button will draw the shuttle from MTC, and get in the teaching mode.

“NO” button will no draw the shuttle from MTC, but get in the teaching mode.

Q302006 “Do you interrupt automatic measurement?”

[Cause] STOP switch was pressed while nozzle were automatically assigned. You are

asked if to abort the auto. measurement.

[Treatment] “YES” button will abort the auto. measurement.

“NO” button will continue the auto. measurement.

Q302007 “A nozzle is fixed to %s. Do you want to auto-return the nozzle?"

[Cause] With a nozzle on the head, the ? head in the Use unit was changed to “not use”

from “use” You are asked if to return the nozzle to ATC before enabling the

change.

[Treatment] “YES” button will return the nozzle installed on the head.

“NO” button will enable the change with the nozzle on the head. When you

choose “NO”, you need to cancel the nozzle allocation in the ‘ATC nozzle

allocation’.

Q302008 “Extend MTS mark?”

[Cause] In the MTS assemblage position offset, you are asked if to draw a bank mark

from MTS when teaching the mark position to the machine.

[Treatment] “YES” button will draw the bank mark out.

“NO” button will not draw the bank mark out.

Q302009 “Vacuum Calibration has been set already. (ATC No:%s) Would

you like to disable the setting?

[Cause] In the ATC nozzle allocation, you are asked if to disable the settings for current

when you try to specify a vacuum calibration to the current ATC even if the

calibration unit has been set to another ATC.

[Cause] An error occurred on the left station during the auto. nozzle measurement of ATC

nozzle allocation. You are asked if to abort the following ATC Auto.

measurement.

[Treatment] “YES” button will abort the auto. nozzle measurement on the left station.

“NO” button will continue the auto. nozzle measurement on the left station.

Q302011 “An error occurred while installing nozzles. Would you like to move

“NO” button will not move the axis to the nozzle removal position, but continue the

process.

Q302013 “Return Z axis to Laser height position. Is that OK?”

[Cause] When a nozzle installation error of ATC nozzle allocation occurred, you are asked

if to move the head to the laser height after the head gets to the nozzle removal

position.

[Treatment] “YES” button will move the head to the laser height, and continue the process.

“NO” button will not move the head to the laser height but continue the process.

Q302014 “Please check if the backup plate is lifted up enough. It may be a

little hard to see pins when the plate is not lifted up. Would you

like to continue?”

[Cause ] When teaching the ref. pin position to the machine, backup plate is checked to

see if it is open or not, and then you are asked if you continue the process.

[Treatment] “YES” button will continue the process.

“NO” button will abort the process.

Q302015 “There may be some units with ON state. Would you like to

initialize these units?”

[Cause] If a driving unit which can possibly be an obstruct is detected when executing the

conveying control of the Mechanical Setup, you are asked if to initialize the unit.

[Treatment] “YES” button will initialize concerned unit(s) and resume the process.

“NO” button will not control the concerned unit(s) and resume the process.

I303000 “Return to home of %s”

[Cause] Z axis and the Theta axis of the ? head will return to Home.

[Treatment] Please hit the “OK” button.

I303001 “Nozzle is removed from %s to ATC”

[Cause] There is a need to remove the nozzle from the ? head.

[Treatment] Please press “OK” button. If you hit the “OK” button, it will return the nozzle on

the ? head to ATC.

[Cause] Failed to draw tray out from MTC when teaching in the MTC shuttle pick position

setting since MTC was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTC online.

occurred while automatically learning the ATC nozzle allocation. Please remove
