Q302008 “Extend MTS mark?”
[Cause] In the MTS assemblage position offset, you are asked if to draw a bank mark
from MTS when teaching the mark position to the machine.
[Treatment] “YES” button will draw the bank mark out.
“NO” button will not draw the bank mark out.
Q302009 “Vacuum Calibration has been set already. (ATC No:%s) Would
you like to disable the setting?
[Cause] In the ATC nozzle allocation, you are asked if to disable the settings for current
when you try to specify a vacuum calibration to the current ATC even if the
calibration unit has been set to another ATC.

[Cause] If a driving unit which can possibly be an obstruct is detected when executing the
conveying control of the Mechanical Setup, you are asked if to initialize the unit.

“NO” button will not control the concerned unit(s) and resume the process.

[Cause] Z axis and the Theta axis of the ? head will return to Home.

[Cause] The shared memory could not be open.
[Treatment] Please shut down the your machine and re-start it.

[Cause] There was no character when you hit Enter key to define characters.
[Treatment] Please enter characters.
E316012 “Input character has irregularities”
[Cause] The letter strings had irregularities when defining the input.
[Treatment] Please enter proper characters.
E316013 “Input value exceeds predetermined data range”
[Cause] The value when defining the input exceeded the input range.
[Treatment] Please enter the values that are within the range.
E316021 “Return to home has not yet been completed”
[Cause] The axis has not yet been returned to home.
[Treatment] Please perform the Return to home with ORIGIN switch.
E316022 “Servo is in the free state”
[Cause] The axis could not move since the servo is not locked.
[Treatment] Please lock the servo with S-FREE switch.
E316031 “Selected device is not install. Please reselect other device on HOD”
[Cause] You could not go into the teaching mode since the device selected by HOD has
not been installed.
[Treatment] Please reselect the device which is currently installed.
W316041 “There is no ATC that is allocated with nozzle. Allocate nozzle to
ATC when setting up the machine”
[Cause] Although Nozzle change was chosen in ATC control, no nozzle has been
assigned to the ATC.
[Treatment] Please allocate nozzles to ATC in ATC Nozzle allocation in Machine Setup.
W316042 “Nozzle is not set on head”
[Cause] Although Nozzle returning was chosen in ATC control, no nozzle has been
installed on the specified head.
[Treatment] Please install a nozzle on the head, then try again.
