[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

[Cause] MTC can not be controlled since it is in the Supply (component change) state.

[Treatment] Please make MTC a normal status.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not ON.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since there was no stacker which has the

[Treatment] Please set the stacker with specified number of trays.

[Cause] This message appears when you choose to exit the Manual control. You are

asked if to set each I/O in the safety direction

[Treatment] “YES” button will sets I/O in the safety direction. “NO” button will discontinue to

exit the Manual control.

Q317011 “Return to home has not yet been completed. Return to home?”

[Cause] The axis has not yet been returned to home. You are asked if you want to

perform the Home returning.

[Treatment] “YES” button will return the axis to home, and continue the process. “NO” button

will not return the axis to home, and continue the process.

Q317021 “Cannot return component. Trash component?”

[Cause] A component was detected in the Component presence checking that is

performed when returning nozzle to ATC. The component can not be returned

since its pick position is unknown. You are asked if the component can be

disposed.

[Treatment] “YES” button will dispose the component at a disposal position. “NO” button will

move the head to the waiting position for nozzle removal, and request for a

manual component removal.

[Cause] STOP switch was pressed. You are asked if to abort the process.

[Treatment] “YES” button will abort the process. “NO” button will resume the process.

[Cause] “Exit MTS control screen” was chosen with MTS tray was drawn out.

[Treatment] “YES” will store the tray into MTS and exit the screen.

“NO” will exit the screen
