E500205 “Vision data has not been completed”

[Cause] The production can not be started since the Vision data of the Production

program that is currently loaded on the memory is incomplete.

[Treatment] Please go to the Production Program Editor and see the Vision data.

E500206 “Teaching of acknowledgment of BOC mark has not been

completed”

[Cause] The Recognition teaching of BOC mark the Production program that is currently

loaded on the memory is incomplete.

[Treatment] Please go to the Production Program Editor and see the Recognition teaching in

the PWB data.

[Remarks

］

Please note that whether the recognition teaching of BOC marks is done or not

will not affect on the completion status of the PWB data.

E500207 “Teaching of acknowledgment of IC mark has not been completed”

[Cause] The Recognition teaching of IC mark the Production program that is currently

loaded on the memory is incomplete.

[Treatment] Please go to the Production Program Editor and see the IC teaching in the

Placement data.

[Remarks

］

In a normal production program, a placement data is considered as ‘incomplete’

when its recognition teaching of IC mark has not been done. There is a possibility

that the production program is broken when the error occurs.

E500208 “The production program breaks”

[Cause] Failed to read in the production program file.

[Treatment] This is a program error. Please make a note of the cause of the error and the

error code, then contact our technical service Dept. for information.

E500210 “Auto. Select exists in the Pick data. Production can not be

executed”

[Cause] [Feed] in the Pick data is set to Auto. Select. The production can not be executed.

[Treatment] You need either to execute the Optimization in the Production Program Editor or

to set pick positions.

E500211 “There is no data which placement is specified”

[Cause] This message appears when the trial shot range is set to ‘specified placement

point’ on the Trial production dialog, but there is no placement data.

[Treatment] Please select other trial shot range or go back to the Production Program Editor

to examine the Placement data.

E500212 “There is no pick point on both left and right sides in Fully

Synchronized mode”

[Cause] There is a component which pick point exists only on one side.

[Treatment] Please go to the Production Program Editor and see the Pick data.

E500213 “The program can not be produced in the <%s> Production mode”

[cause] The production can not be performed with the specified production mode.

[Treatment] In the Production dialog, please select a production mode that is NOT currently

selected.

E500214 “Reference error from the Pick data to the Component data”

[Cause] The error appears when the Pick data and Component data are broken.

[Treatment] This is a program error. Please make a note of the cause of the error and the

error code, then contact our technical service Dept. for information.

E500215 “In the accumulative mode, the number of PWBs to be produced is

the same as that of produced PWBs. Production can not be

executed”

[Cause] [accumulate the number of produced PWBs] is checked in the Operation option,

and the number of produced PWBs in the Production dialog already exceeded

the number of PWBs to be produced. Therefore, the production can not be

started.

[Treatment] Please re-set a number of PWBs to be produced that is bigger than the number

of produced PWBs, or disable [accumulate the number of produced PWBs] in the

Operation option.

E500220 “Device enable of setup does not match pick data”

[Cause] There is a Component or Pick data that is from a feeder which is not set ‘to use’

in the Setup.

[Treatment] Please go to the Production Program Editor and see the Component and Pick

data.

E500300 “Origin retrieval has not yet been completed”

[Cause] You tried to resume the production without completing the Origin retrieval after an

unexpected stop such as Emergency stop.

[Treatment] Please perform the Origin retrieval by pressing the ORIGIN button on the

operation panel.

E500301 “Servo is turned OFF”

[Cause] The production can not be executed since the Servo is free.

[Treatment] Please perform the Origin retrieval by pressing the ORIGIN button on the

operation panel.

E500302 “Air was down”

[Cause] The air pressure is getting down.

[Treatment] Please adjust the air pressure to its original level.

E500303 “Detected %s feeder float”

[Cause] A matter that may interrupt the Feeder floatation sensor occurred.

E500401 “Input order Simple Opt. Error <%s>”

[Cause] An error occurred while optimizing the pick positions by input orders.

The head can not travel to the feeder/MTC position.

The head can not travel to the holder/MTS position.

There is no head available to place the component.

There is no head that meets the centering type.

An internal error of the Input order Simple Opt. Error process.

Treatment] 1 and 6 are a program error. Please make a note of the cause of the error and

the error code, then contact our technical service Dept. for information.

In case of 2, 3, and 4, please go to the Production Program Editor and see the

specified head(s) in the Placement data.

In case of 5, please go to the Production Program Editor and see the centering

type in the Component data.

E500500 “Teaching can not be executed”

[Cause] You are trying to teach unexecutable data to the machine.

Unexecutable data:

Data except ref. circuit in the Placement position teaching.

Components except tray component in the Pick position teaching.

When multiple heads are working at the same time.

[Treatment] You can not perform a teaching with the current status. Please go on the process.

E500501 “The selected device can not be used”

[Cause] You selected a device not available.

[Treatment] Please change devices to use.

E500502 “With the selected device, it is impossible to move to the aimed

position”

[Cause] You can not move to the specified position with the selected device.

[Treatment] Please select another device.

E500503 “Standard Pin position illegal. Correct coordinates can not acquire”

[Cause] The position of the reference pin is not correct.

[Treatment] In the Setup, please teach the positions of the reference pin and follower pin to

the machine.
