E512804 “L1 HEAD: A position deviation was detected while the theta-axis
was moving.”
[Cause] The encoder counter for the L1 theta-axis is considerably different from the angle
specified in the data during production.
[Treatment] Exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off machine
power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, there is the possibility of CPU failure,
memory failure and/or improper operation sequence. Stop using the machine,
take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or the agency.
