[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E601040 “Axis Driver: Failed CAL.BLOCK mark Recognition. (L-OCC)”
[Cause]
Failed to recognize the CAL block first mark. Possible causes are as follows:
1. The mark is shielded.
2. The CAL block light cannot light up.
3. The OCC cannot move over to the mark position.
4. The cable or connection with the OCC has gone wrong.
5. The image processing board has gone wrong.
[Treatment]
Check the machine conditions and return the axes to the home position.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E601041 “Axis Driver: Failed CAL.BLOCK mark Recognition. (R-OCC)”
111
[Treatment]
Check the machine conditions and return the axes to the home position.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E601042 “Axis Driver: Return to origin non-completion.”
[Cause]
Tried to move the axes before returning them to the home position.
[Treatment]
Return the axes to the home position.
E601043 “Axis Driver: Servo free.”
[Cause]
Tried to move the axis with the servo released.
[Treatment]
Lock the servo.
E602110 “X-axis: Parameter error”
[Cause]
Incorrect parameters have been set for the XY-axis operation.
The data is damaged in the machine, or the version of the program installed is wrong.
[Treatment]
Turn off the power, then turn on the power again.
Install the machine software again if the problem occurred after installing the software for
updating, etc.
If the error remains after the above processes, the board in the machine causes the problem.
Replace the board.
E602112 “Axis Driver: X-axis failed originating.”
[Cause]
Failed to return the axis to the home position. The possible causes are as follows:
1. The servo power does not turn ON.
2. The servo cannot be locked.
3. The motor does not start.
4. The home sensor cannot be captured, or its state does not change.
5. The present position cannot be acquired (linear scale, motor encoder).
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Check the conditions of the boards, connections, sensors and other possible
factors.
If the error persists, contact our service engineer or the agency.
E602113 “Axis Driver: X-axis error. Servo power is OFF.”
[Cause]
The servo power OFF was detected during or at the start of the operation.
An event that causes the servo-OFF may have occurred such as; the detection by the limit
sensor/area sensor/feeder float detector, or pressing of the emergency stop switch. Or, other
axis may have failed and resulted in cutting of the servo power.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E602114 “Axis Driver: X-axis error. Driver alarm.”
[Cause]
A servo driver alarm was detected during or at the start of the operation.
Possible cause is; poor contact or disconnection of the encoder cable, or an overload generated
by hitting an obstruction.
The alarm may also be caused if the emergency stop switch is pressed.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
