E605532 “Axis Driver: Center motor failed motion start.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The XMP board or system HDD may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605533 “Axis Driver: Center motor failed motion stop.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The XMP board or system HDD may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605610 “Axis Driver: Center motor (right) parameter error.”
[Cause]
An internal data error occurred in the system.
The combination of the system software and machine being used may be incorrect.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605613 “Axis Driver: Center motor (right) error. Servo power is OFF.”
[Cause]
The power OFF was detected during or at the start of the operation.
An event that causes the servo-OFF may have occurred such as; the detection by the limit
sensor/area sensor/feeder float detector, or pressing of the emergency stop switch. Or, other
axis may have failed and resulted in cutting of the power.
[Treatment]
Remove the cause and return the axes to the home position.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605630 “Axis Driver: XMP error occurred on right center motor.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The XMP board or system HDD may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605631 “Axis Driver: Center motor (right) status error.”
[Cause]
The axis move was blocked during or at the start of the operation.
An initialization error or alarm may have been generated for the axis.
This error can also be displayed against errors for other axes.
Or, the XMP board may have failed.
[Treatment]
Press the emergency stop switch, and then return the axes to the home position again.
If the error persists, exit the system and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E605632 “Axis Driver: Center motor (right) failed motion start.”
[Cause]
An internal error occurred in the system.
The XMP board or system HDD may have failed.
[Treatment]
Exit the system. Contact our service engineer or the agency.

[Cause]

E606001 “Axes Driver: Measurement rotation is reversed.”
[Cause]
The theta-axis is commanded to reverse the rotation during laser measurement.
[Treatment]
If detected too often, exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off
machine power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, stop using the machine, take a note of the error number, and
contact our service engineer or the agency.

E610001 “An error occurred when opening the ATC slide plate”
[Cause] An error occurred when trying to open the ATC slide plate. The error occurred in
the Data communication in the machine.
[Treatment] • Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
• If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
• If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in
the machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610002 “An error occurred when shutting the ATC slide plate”
[Cause] An error occurred when trying to open the ATC slide plate. The error occurred in
the Data communication in the machine.
[Treatment] • Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
• If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
• If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that MPX board(s) in
the machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610003 “A time-out occurred when opening the ATC(L) slide plate”
[Cause] A process to open the left ATC slide plate was taken place but the plate did not
open within a certain amount of time. The follows could be the cause.

The air is not being supplied properly.
②
The slide plate that slides left and right to open and close the plate in the ATC
unit does not work properly.
③
The sensor which detects the position of the slide plate is not tuned well or
broken.
[Treatment] Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C )]
[Other(O)] [ATC Control(A)]. Set ‘Control Unit’ to ‘left ATC’, and select ‘Slide plate
Control(A)’ from the ‘Control Item’ frame’ to open/close the slide plate. Please
perform one of the treatments below according to the result you get.
1. Slide plate works properly.
1.1 The ‘Slide plate ON sensor’ in the ‘Status’ displaying frame gets ON/OFF.
The speed controller of the Slide plate driving cylinder might be wrung too
much toward its minimum limit. Please loosen the controller.
1.2 The ‘Slide plate ON sensor’ in the ‘Status’ displaying frame does not get
ON/OFF.

There is a possibility that the Slide plate ON sensor was adjusted to
out of the Cylinder’s movable range. Please re-adjust the sensor to
where it gets ON/OFF.

If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the slide
plate ON sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came off the
connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that
the wiring got cut off, or that the sensor itself is broken. Please
examine the wiring and connector. If any of them are broken, you
need to replace them with new ones.

If the treatment2 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring
between the PCBs is bad.
