E610030 “Nozzles can not be detected”
[Cause] No nozzle could not be found in the Nozzle presence check by laser. Nozzles are
not set in the ATC.
[Treatment] Please set nozzle(s) on ATC and perform the ATC nozzle allocation. The ATC
Nozzle allocation can be performed by selecting [Machine Setup] from the menu
bar, and then [Setting Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)].
E610031 “Parameter for the cylinder is not correct”
[Cause] The specifying of ATC position is abnormal. The data in the machine is broken or
the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
166
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that board(s) in the
machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610032 “The head is not set to use”
[Cause] The specified head is not enabled to use. The head is set to “not use” in the
Machine Setup.
[Treatment] Please set the concerned head to “use” in the Machine Setup or try another head.
You can set the head to “use” in the Machine Setup with the following procedures.
Select [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and then select [Setting
Group(G)][Use Unit(D
)…]. Open a dialog with a tub ‘Use Unit1’, and check in the
checkbox of a concerned head.
E610033 “ATC X coordinate is abnormal”
[Cause] The specified ATC X coordinate is abnormal. Or the specified coordinate exceeds
the permissive range of the nozzle exchange. The data in the machine is broken
or the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
E610034 “ATC Y coordinate is abnormal”
[Cause] The specified ATC Y coordinate is abnormal. Or the specified coordinate exceeds
the permissive range of the nozzle exchange. The data in the machine is broken
or the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
E610035 “ATC Y coordinate range error occurred”
[Cause] The specified ATC Y coordinate is abnormal. Or the specified coordinate exceeds
the permissive range of the nozzle exchange. The data in the machine is broken
or the version of the software that is installed on the machine is not correct.
E610036 “There is no nozzle in the cylinder”
[Cause] No nozzle could not be found in the Nozzle presence check by laser. There is a
possibility that a nozzle was taken away from ATC manually or a nozzle
installation failed.
167
[Treatment] 1. If the nozzle was taken away from ATC manually.
Set the nozzle on ATC. If you are not sure which nozzle to set back on ATC,
please set a nozzle on ATC for a time being and perform ATC nozzle
allocation. The ATC nozzle allocation can be performed by selecting [Machine
Setup] from the menu bar and then [Setting Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle
Allocation(A)].
2. There was a nozzle on ATC but its installation was not correct.
The following causes are possibly. Please find a cause.
There is oily stuff such as grease between the brim of the nozzle that
touches ATC and the installation side of ATC. If there is any oily stuff,
please remove it.
There is an abnormal nozzle. Please examine if there is any obstructions
on the installation part on the head, or if it is damaged or deformed
The nozzle outer shaft (the installation part of a head) is not set correctly.
Especially when the error occurs after changing or cleaning a filter
attached to the nozzle outer shaft, please examine if the outer shaft is
installed correctly.
Something is wrong with the movement of the ATC slide plate. In this
case, the following cases can be possible.
A) he speed controller of the slide plate driving cylinder is wrung to its
minimum limit. Please loosen the speed controller of the slide plate
driving cylinder.
B) The installation position of the slide plate ON/OFF sensor is wrong.
There is a possibility that the sensor gets ON before the slide plate
fully opens/closes. Please re-adjust the sensor to where it gets
ON/OFF properly.
C) There is an obstruction that prevents the slide plate from being
opened/closed. Please examine if there is anything caught in near
the slide plate.
D) The air supplying to the slice plate driving cylinder is not correct.
Please examine if the air pipe is properly connected.
E) The nut on the shaft of the slide plate driving cylinder is loose and the
connector part of the slide plate plays too much. Please examine if
the nut is tightened up enough.
The ATC coordinates or the nozzle change height is not correct. If you
change the coordinates or the height, please select [Setup(S)] [MS
parameter] and follow the Maintenance manual. For MS parameter, it is
limited that who can change the parameter by the user level setting.
E610037 “The nozzle is too long (over 0.5mm). Please check the nozzle
installation status”
[Cause] When checking installation status after a nozzle is installed, the nozzle was
detected at a position where the nozzle is not supposed to be detected if it is
installed properly. Possible causes are that nozzles were changed manually, that
the nozzle is not installed correctly, or that the window of the laser measurement
unit is dirty.
[Treatment] 1. If a nozzle of the right nozzle number is properly installed.
Although the nozzle has the right nozzle number, there is a possibility that
a different nozzle was installed manually. Please perform the ATC nozzle
allocation and get the right nozzle length again. The ATC nozzle allocation
can be performed by selecting [Machine Setup] from the menu bar and
then [Setting Group(G)] [ATC Nozzle Allocation(A)].
