E610204 “Feeder floatation sensor ON occurred”
[Cause] The Feeder floatation sensor detected something.
[Treatment] The error occurs when the Feeder floatation sensor is interrupted. If there is
anything that interrupts the sensor, please remove it.
If the error occurs when there is nothing to interrupt the sensor, the light axis of
the Feeder floatation sensor may not be aligned well. Please examine if the light
emitted from the sensor is received by its light receiver properly. If the light is
received properly, the red and green LEDs on the sensor get on.
This error also occurs when the Feeder floatation sensor itself or MCM board in
the sensor is broken. There is a great possibility that the sensor itself or the MCM
board in the sensor is broken when this error keeps happening even if you adjust
the alignment of the light axis. If you want to avoid the error temporarily to
continue the production, please select [Machine Setup] from the menu bar, and
then [Setting Group(G)] [Use Unit(D)]. Please the tab of [Use Unit1] and disable
the checkbox of the Feeder floatation sensor.
Caution! If you do not use the Feeder floatation sensor for your production, make
sure that nothing interrupts the sensor. If a head should clash with an obstruction,
that may cause a serious accident.
E610205 “+X limit occurred”
[Cause] The head is on the +limit sensor which is on the right side of X axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610206 “-X limit occurred”
[Cause] The head is on the -limit sensor which is on the left side of X axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610207 “+XR limit occurred”
[Cause] The right head is on the +limit sensor which is on the right side of X axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610208 “-XR limit occurred”
[Cause] The right head is on the -limit sensor which is around the center of X axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610209 “+Y limit occurred”
[Cause] The head is on the +limit sensor (rear side) which is on the Y axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.
E610210 “-Y limit occurred”
[Cause] The head is on the -limit sensor (front side) which is on the Y axis.
[Treatment] Please get the head off the limit sensor, and then perform the Home returning.

E610211 “+YCNV limit occurred”
[Cause] The movable station (right side) of the PWB conveyor is on the +limit sensor (rear
side).
[Treatment] 1. If the right movable station is inward of the machine by 5mm compared with
the left fixed station.
If your machine installs a changer table on it, please take it off your machine.
Stick your hand from the front side of the machine and reach beneath the
backup table. Turn the coupling part that holds a ball screw and a motor axis
that drive the movable station in order to adjust the position of the movable
station to the position of the left station.
2. If the position of the right movable station is almost on the same position as
the left station.
The limit sensor of the movable station is broken. It could be that the sensor
itself is broken or that a connector came off the sensor. Please take the
backup table off the machine and examine the sensor.
E610212 “-YCNV limit occurred”
[Cause] The movable station (right side) of the PWB conveyor is on the -limit sensor (front
side).
[Treatment] 1. If the right movable station is outward of the machine by 5mm compared with
the left fixed station.
E610213 “The error not forecast occurred”
[Cause] An undefined error occurred.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610214 “X Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver of the X axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of X axis with a new one.
E610215 “XR Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver of the XR axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of XR axis with a new one.
E610216 “Y Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver of the Y axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs

even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of Y axis with a new one.
E610217 “YR Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver of the YR axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of YR axis with a new one.
E610218 “YCNV Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver on the right movable station of
the PWB conveyor.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the servo
driver on the right movable station of the PWB conveyor with a new one.
E610219 “X SLOW occurred”
[Cause] Left and right heads got too close and the sensor got ON to prevent the left and
right heads from clashing with each other. Therefore, the axis was forced to stop
travel slow.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, the following causes can be possible.
A light reflective sensor detects if the left and right heads get too close
with each other or not. Please make sure that there is nothing that the
sensor reacts to.
The sensitivity of the sensor is too high. Please adjust the sensitivity
control volume on the sensor to make it that the sensor gets on when the
distance between the heads gets less than 230mm.
The sensor is broken. It could be that a sensor cable came off the
connector, that a cable got cut off, or that the sensor itself is broken.
The MCM board in the sensor is broken.
E610220 “X STOP occurred”
[Cause] Left and right heads got too close and the sensor got ON to prevent the left and
right heads from clashing with each other. Therefore, the axis was forced to stop
traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, the following causes can be possible.
The sensor is broken. Please examine if the sensor cable came off the
connector, the cable got cut off, or the sensor itself is broken.
The MCM board in the sensor is broken.
E610221 “X Linear scale alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the linear scale of X axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the detecting
part or the amplifier part of the Linear scale with a new one.
