even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of Y axis with a new one.
E610217 “YR Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver of the YR axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error
still occurs even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the
servo driver of YR axis with a new one.
E610218 “YCNV Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the servo driver on the right movable station of
the PWB conveyor.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the servo
driver on the right movable station of the PWB conveyor with a new one.
E610219 “X SLOW occurred”
[Cause] Left and right heads got too close and the sensor got ON to prevent the left and
right heads from clashing with each other. Therefore, the axis was forced to stop
travel slow.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, the following causes can be possible.
①
A light reflective sensor detects if the left and right heads get too close
with each other or not. Please make sure that there is nothing that the
sensor reacts to.
②
The sensitivity of the sensor is too high. Please adjust the sensitivity
control volume on the sensor to make it that the sensor gets on when the
distance between the heads gets less than 230mm.
③
The sensor is broken. It could be that a sensor cable came off the
connector, that a cable got cut off, or that the sensor itself is broken.
④
The MCM board in the sensor is broken.
E610220 “X STOP occurred”
[Cause] Left and right heads got too close and the sensor got ON to prevent the left and
right heads from clashing with each other. Therefore, the axis was forced to stop
traveling.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it. If the error occurs
even after the reboot, the following causes can be possible.
• The sensor is broken. Please examine if the sensor cable came off the
connector, the cable got cut off, or the sensor itself is broken.
• The MCM board in the sensor is broken.
E610221 “X Linear scale alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the linear scale of X axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the detecting
part or the amplifier part of the Linear scale with a new one.

E610222 “XR Linear scale alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the linear scale of XR axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the detecting
part or the amplifier part of the Linear scale with a new one.
E610223 “Y Linear scale alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the linear scale of YL axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the detecting
part or the amplifier part of the Linear scale with a new one.
E610224 “YR Linear scale alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the linear scale of YR axis.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the detecting
part or the amplifier part of the Linear scale with a new one.
E610225 “Fan stop error occurred”
[Cause] The cooking fan stopped.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the cooling
fan with a new one.
E610226 “The air pressure decrease error occurred”
[Cause] The air pressure is decreasing.
[Treatment] The following causes can be possible. Please deal with the error based on the
cause you have.
①
The air supplied to the unit is decreasing. The air pressure that should be
supplied is 0.5
±
0.05Mpa, so please see if the proper amount of air pressure
is supplied or not.
②
The enough amount of the air necessary for the unit is not being supplied. This
error is likely to occur when a pipe to the unit is too thin or the capacity of the
air compressor is too small. These two can be the cause of the error
especially when large components are picked simultaneously. You need to
deal with the air by replacing the pipe to the unit with a larger one.
③
The air regulator is wrung toward its minimum limit too much. Please loosen
the air regulator to make it 0.5
±
0.05Mpa.
183
④
The set value for the air pressure detecting sensor is too low. Please reset the
value of the sensor that is installed next to the air combination to 0.45Mpa.
⑤
The air pressure detecting sensor is broken. Please examine if a connecting
cable connects to the connector properly. If the cable connects to the
connector properly, the sensor itself is broken.
E610227 “The error not forecast occurred”
[Cause] An undefined error occurred.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
E610228 “LZ1 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Z axis servo driver on the right head1.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Z axis
servo driver on the left head1 with a new one.
E610229 “LZ2 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Z axis servo driver on the right head2.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Z axis
servo driver on the left head2 with a new one.
E610230 “LZ3 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Z axis servo driver on the right head3.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Z axis
servo driver on the left head3 with a new one.
E610231 “LZ4 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Z axis servo driver on the right head4.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Z axis
servo driver on the left head4 with a new one.
E610232 “RZ1 Driver alarm occurred”
