[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Theta axis
servo driver on the right head1 with a new one.
E610241 “RT2 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Theta axis servo driver on the right head2.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Theta axis
servo driver on the right head2 with a new one.
E610242 “RT3 Driver alarm occurred”
[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Theta axis servo driver on the right head3.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Theta axis
servo driver on the right head3 with a new one.

[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the Theta axis servo driver on the right head4.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of your machine. If the error occurs even after
the reboot, please see if the cables are connected properly. If the error still occurs
even when the cables are connected properly, you need to replace the Theta axis
servo driver on the right head4 with a new one.
E610300 “An error occurred when ComRes command send”
[Cause] Command sending of Command-response type failed. This is an error that
occurred during the data communication in the machine.
[Treatment] • Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
• If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
• If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that board(s) in the
machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.
E610301 “An error occurred when ComRes response receive”
[Cause] Response reception of Command-Response type failed. This is an error that
occurred during the data communication in the machine.
[Treatment] • Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
• If the error occurred after the installation or the versionup of the software, you
need to re-install the software.
• If the treatments above do not work, there is a possibility that board(s) in the
machine is broken. You need to replace it(them) with new ones.

[Cause] The nozzle requested to be installed has been already loaded on the head. The
request of the nozzle installation is not necessary.
[Treatment] This process can not be performed.

[Cause] An abnormal matter happened to the X axis driver.
[Treatment] Please perform proper treatments that are corresponding to the error numbers
shown below. If the treatments are not enough, please take a note of the error No.

technical service dept. for information.

If the error occurs when turning the servo on: There is a possibility of the
miswiring of the motor circuits. Please examine the wiring.
If the error occurs while the servo is ON(the motor is vibrating): Please
re-adjust the gain.
If the error occurs when accelerating/decelerating: Please examine the inertia.
If the error occurs when revolving: Please examine the torque.

Please examine the value of electric currency that is sent to the driver from
the power supply unit. If nothing is wrong with it, please examine CP1 of the
power supply unit. If anything is not wrong with it, please change drivers or
motors.

Please change drivers(CPU boards).
DATA3=5(
heating
)
Please change drivers. If the error occurs again after the axis moves for a
while, please examine the FAN motor that is under the driver. If nothing is
wrong with it, please examine the torque.

Encoder abnormality
)
Please examine the wiring of the encoder cables. If anything is wrong with it,
then please change motors.
DATA3=7(
CPU abnormality
)
Please change drivers(CPU boards).
