E650100 “Conveying error : An asynchronous, abnormal event occurred
while PWB conveying. The process is forcibly terminated”
[Cause] The conveying process got forcibly terminated since a critical asynchronous
event(Emergency STOP, etc.) occurred during the PWB conveying.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB(s) on the conveyor and perform Home returning.
W650203 “PWB Conveying Error: There is no PWB objective to be conveyed"
[cause] A request of PWB conveying was issued while there was no PWB on the
conveyor center station. This error occurs only at the PWB conveying
process(letting PWB come out of the conveyor) that does not affect on a
production.
[Treatment] Please see if there is any PWB on the conveyor, then execute a process of letting
W650204 “PWB Clamp Error : There is no PWB objective to be unlocked”
[Cause] A request of unlocking a PWB was issued while there was no PWB clamped on
the conveyor center station. This error occurs only at the PWB conveying
process(unlocking PWB) that does not affect on a production.
[Treatment] Please see if there is any PWB locked(clamped), then execute a process of
unlocking the PWB.
I650205 “Conveying Error : Please carry out the PWB on the Exit side station
prior to the one on the Entrance side station”
[Cause] On the KE2030, a request of individual outlet conveying for the Entrance station
was issued while there was a PWB on the conveyor center Entrance/Exit station.
This error occurs only at the PWB conveying process(outlet conveying) that does
not affect on a production.
[Treatment] Please have a PWB on the center Exit station go first or have PWBs on both
station go together.
W650209 “PWB Conveying Error : A PWB has been detected on the conveying
route. Please remove it”
[Cause] While conveying PWBs, an unexpected PWB was detected at the several buffers
on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB from the conveyor.
W650211 “PWB Conveying Error : A PWB has been detected on the center
station. Please remove it”
[Cause] While conveying PWBs, an unexpected PWB was detected at the center station
on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB from the center station.
W650212 “PWB Conveying Error : A PWB has been detected on the center
station on the Entrance side. Please remove it” "
[Cause] While conveying PWBs on the KE2030, an unexpected PWB was detected at the
center Entrance station on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB from the center Entrance station.

W650213 “PWB Conveying Error : A PWB has been detected on the center
station on the Exit side. Please remove it”
[Cause] While conveying PWBs on the KE2030, an unexpected PWB was detected at the
center Exit station on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB from the center Exit station.
W650214 “PWB Conveying Error : A PWB has been detected on the OUT
buffer. Please remove it”
[Cause] While conveying PWBs, an unexpected PWB was detected at the OUT buffer on
the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWB from the OUT buffer.
W650219 “PWB Conveying Error : In operation of PWB conveying”
[Cause] A new request of PWB conveying was issued before a previous request of PWB
conveying got complete (Program error).
[Treatment] Please see the error message, and remove all the PWBs on the conveyor. Then
try the request again.
E650221 “PWB Conveying Error : Illegal input buffer motor movement. The
process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] Since IN sensor detected a PWB coming in, the belt of the INPUT buffer got
started to drive and the PWB was taken in to the INPUT buffer. However, the IN
sensor did not get OFF after a certain amount of time has passed. Usually, this
error occurs when a PWB can not go through the INPUT buffer for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by IN sensor when the
error occurred. The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for
some reason.
The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not
connecting well to the machine in the upper part of the line. Please
re-adjust the connection.
The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the
conveyor width.
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. The following cases do not match your machine.
A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of
4mm or more.
A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by IN sensor when
the error occurred.
If the IN sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed,
there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If there is anything that IN sensor reacts to underneath the IN sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor.
If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the IN sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came out of the connector part, that a
211
contact pin of the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If
any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
E650222 “PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying error of Input buffer. The
process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] The belt of INPUT buffer got started to drive and a PWB was taken in to the
INPUT buffer but the IN sensor did not get OFF even if the WAIT sensor detected
the PWB.
The PWB is taken in to the INPUT buffer and, if the WAIT sensor detects the
PWB, the PWB conveying stops and the PWB gets in a waiting mode. At this
point, the IN sensor should not detect anything.
[Treatment] 1 The PWB had been detected by WAIT and IN sensors when the error
occurred.
The installation positions of IN and WAIT sensors are not correct. Please
adjust the positions so that the sensors do not detect anything at the
same time.
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. A machine with M size specification can not deal with PWB
that is over 330mm, a machine with L size specification can not deal with
PWB that is over 410mm, and a machine with E size specification can not
deal with PWB that is over 510mm
2 The PWB was staying on the position where IN sensor detected the PWB
when the error occurred (the error occurred before the PWB got to the WAIT
sensor).
There is a possibility that the WAIT sensor detected something while the PWB
was conveyed to the Input buffer. Please select [Manual Control] from the
menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of
Conveyor(I)] to see the status of WAIT sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If the light transmitter(LED) and light receiver(PT) of the wait sensor are
not on the right positions, please adjust them to make a correct alignment
between them.
If the sensitivity of the WAIT sensor is not fine, please re-adjust it (The
sensitivity of the sensor is auto. tuning type. Please follow the
maintenance manual to adjust it).
If there is anything between the light transmitter(LED) and light
receiver(PT) of the WAIT sensor, that interrupts the WAIT sensor such as
wiring, please remove it or make it not to interrupt the sensor.
3 The PWB was staying on the position where WAIT sensor detected the PWB
when the error occurred (the PWB got to the right waiting position then the
error occurred).
There is a possibility that the IN sensor detected something if the IN sensor
does not get OFF while a PWB is being conveyed properly. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If there is anything that IN sensor reacts to underneath the IN sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the sensor.
If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the IN sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a
contact pin of the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
