sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If
any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.

If the treatment3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
E650223 “PWB Conveying Error: PWB conveying error of Input buffer. The
process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] IN sensor detected the next PWB while a PWB is waiting at the Input buffer. The
IN sensor is not supposed to be ON since a PWB request signal was not sent to
a machine in the upper part of the line. Usually, the error occurs when a machine
in the upper part of the line outlets a PWB but the PWB overruns, and the IN
sensor
[Treatment] 1 When a machine in the upper part of the line had outlet a PWB and the IN
sensor had detected the PWB when the error occurred.
①
If it is possible to change the stop position on the machine in the upper
part of the line, please make a modification not to make a PWB overrun
to get detected by the IN sensor.
②
If it is not possible to change the stop position on the machine in the
upper part of the line, please move the IN sensor to the inner side of the
machine so that a PWB will not get detected by the sensor even if the
board overruns.
2 The PWB had not been detected by the IN sensor when the error occurred
(the PWB got to the right position on the machine in the upper part of the line,
and then the error occurred).
There is a possibility that the IN sensor is detecting something else if the IN
sensor does not get OFF even if the machine in the upper part of the line is
conveying the PWB properly. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu
bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of
Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
①
If there is anything that IN sensor reacts to underneath the IN sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor.
②
If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
③
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the IN sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came out of the connector part, that a
contact pin of the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If
any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
④
1If the treatment3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.

E650224 “PW Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of Input
buffer. The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the
conveying route”
[Cause] Since IN sensor detected a PWB coming in, the belt of the INPUT buffer got
started to drive and the PWB was taken in to the INPUT buffer. However, the IN
sensor did not get OFF after a certain amount of time has passed. Usually, this
error occurs when a PWB can not go through the INPUT buffer for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by IN and WAIT sensors
when the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
①
The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the
conveyor width.
②
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. The following cases do not match your machine.
• A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of
4mm or more.
• A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB overran the WAIT station and got conveyed to the center station
when the error occurred.
The WAIT sensor is not detecting the PWB. Please select [Manual Control]
from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent
Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of WAIT sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
①
There is a possibility that the WAIT sensor is broken. It could be that the
wiring came out of the connector part, that a contact pin of the connector
part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken.
Please examine the wiring and the connector. If any of them are broken,
you need to replace them with the new ones.
②
If the treatment1 does not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.
E650234 “PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of the center
station. The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the
conveying route”
[Cause] When inletting a PWB from the Input buffer to the center station, STOP sensor
did not get ON even though a certain amount of time has passed since the WAIT
sensor of the Input buffer got OFF. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB can
not go through the INPUT buffer for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by WAIT and STOP
sensors when the error occurred.
2 If the belt was moving for a while after the PWB touched the stopper when the
error occurred.
The STOP sensor is not detecting the PWB. Please select [Manual Control]
from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent
Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of STOP sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.

①
The sensitivity of the STOP sensor may be too low. Please re-adjust the
sensitivity of the sensor, using the volume control knob attached to the
sensor.
②
If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the STOP
sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came out of the connector
part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut
off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the
connector. If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with the
new ones.
③
If the treatment2 does not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.
E650242 “PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying error of the center station
on the Entrance side. The process is forcibly terminated. Please
remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] This error occurs if the STOP sensor on the center station on the Entrance side
got OFF then ON again, but it does not get OFF even if a certain amount of time
has passed since it got ON again when conveying a PWB on the center station
on the Entrance side to the center station on the Exit side.
[Treatment] 1 The PWB was on the position where it is detected by STOP sensor on the
center station on the Entrance side when the error occurred.
2 The PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by STOP sensor on
the center station on the Entrance side when the error occurred.
If the STOP sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being
conveyed, there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else.
Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select
[Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the
status of STOP sensor on the center station on the Entrance side in the
‘Status’ frame.
①
The sensitivity of STOP sensor may be too high. Please adjust it, using
the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
②
If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the STOP
sensor is broken, It could be that the wiring came off the connector part,
that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or
that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector.
If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
③
If the treatment2 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
