terminated. Please remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate on the center station on the Exit side did not get to the aimed
clamp height. As a cause, there is a possibility that the firmware on the XMP
board has a problem.
[Treatment] The firmware on the XMP board to make the backup plate up and down is not
under the control mode.
Please turn off the power supply of your machine and reboot it.
If the treatment1 does not work, please see if the wiring and connectors in
the XMP board are properly connected.
If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a
new one.
E650295 “Clamp error : Something is wrong with the backup motor
movement on the center station on the Exit side. The process is
forcibly terminated.
If the treatment2 does not work, you need to change the XMP board to a
new one.
E650296 “Clamp error : Hole reference process at the center station on the
Exit side finished illegally. The process is forcibly terminated.
Please remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] The backup plate got to the aimed clamp height but the Ref. pin sensor did not
get ON. This error is likely to occur when the Ref. pin did not get in the positioning
hole correctly.
[Treatment] 1 The Ref. pin on the center station on the Exit side is not in the positioning hole
correctly.
Please set the positions of the Ref. pin and the follower pin on the center
station on the Exit side correctly to the position of the Ref. hole. If you want to
position PWBs with Outer shape Ref., please make sure that “Outer shape
Ref.” is enabled in the PWB data in the Program Editor.
2 The Ref. pin on the center station on the Exit side is in the positioning hole
correctly.
Select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of Ref.
pin sensor in the ‘Status’ frame. Select ‘backup plate’ in the ‘Control’ item’ on
this screen to make the backup plate up and down. At this point, set the
Destination@coordinates(up)(M) to -1.6mm.@
When the Ref. pin sensor in the ‘Status’ frame does not get ON/OFF,
there is a possibility that the sensor is not installed properly. Please
re-install the sensor to where it gets ON/OFF correctly.
231
When the Ref. pin sensor in the ‘Status’ frame does not get ON/OFF,
there is a possibility that the Ref. pin sensor is broken. It could be that the
wiring came off the connector, that a contact pin in the connector part is
broken, that wiring got cut off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please
examine the wiring and the connector. If any of them are broken, you
need to replace them with new ones.
When the Ref. pin sensor in the ‘Status’ frame does get ON/OFF, there is
a possibility that the signal line of the Ref. pin sensor is broken. It could be
that the wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the
connector part is broken, or that signal line got cut off. Please examine
the wiring and the connector. There also is another possibility that the
screw that holds the encoder and the encoder axis together is loose.
Please make sure that the screw is tightened up enough.
If the treatments mentioned above do not work, a PCB is broken or the
wiring between the PCBs is bad.
W650309 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : PWB is detected on the conveying
route. Please remove it”
[Cause] In the Idle PWB Conveying process, several buffers on the conveying route
detected unexpected PWBs on the conveying route.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWBs on the conveyor.
W650311 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : A PWB is detected on the center
station. Please remove it”
[Cause] In the Idle PWB Conveying process, unexpected PWBs were detected on the
center station on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWBs on the center station.
W650312 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : A PWB is detected on the center
station on the Entrance side. Please remove it”
[Cause] In the KE2030 Idle PWB Conveying process, unexpected PWBs were detected
on the center station on the Entrance side on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWBs on the center station on the Entrance side.
W650313 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : A PWB is detected on the center
station on the Exit side. Please remove it”
[Cause] In the KE2030 Idle PWB Conveying process, unexpected PWBs were detected
on the center station on the Exit side on the conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWBs on the center station on the Exit side.
W650314 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : A PWB is detected on the OUT buffer.
Please remove it”
[Cause] In the Idle PWB Conveying process, unexpected PWBs were detected on the
OUT buffer conveyor.
[Treatment] Please remove the PWBs on the OUT buffer on the conveyor.
232
W650319 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : In operation of Idle PWB conveying”
[Cause] A new request of PWB conveying was issued before a previous request of PWB
conveying got complete (Program error).
[Treatment] Please see the error message, and remove all the PWBs on the conveyor.
Then try the request again.
E650321 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : Illegal input buffer motor movement.
The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] Since IN sensor detected a PWB coming in, the belt of the INPUT buffer got
started to drive and the PWB was taken in to the INPUT buffer. However, the IN
sensor did not get OFF after a certain amount of time has passed. Usually, this
error occurs when a PWB can not go through the INPUT buffer for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by IN sensor when the
error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not
connecting well to the machine in the upper part of the line. Please
re-adjust the connection.
The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the
conveyor width.
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. The following cases do not match your machine.
A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of
4mm or more.
A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by IN sensor when
the error occurred.
If the IN sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed,
there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of IN
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If there is anything that IN sensor reacts to underneath the IN sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor. I
If the treatment1 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the IN sensor is
broken. It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a
contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
the sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector.
If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment3 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCB is bad.
