2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by the C-OUT sensor
on the center station on the Exit side when the error occurred.
If the C-OUT sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being
conveyed, there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else.
Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select
[Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the
status of C-OUT sensor on the center station on the Exit side in the ‘Status
frame.
The sensitivity of the C-OUT sensor may be too high. Please re-adjust the
sensitivity of the sensor, using the volume control knob attached to the
sensor.
If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the C-OUT
sensor is broken. It could be that the wiring came out of the connector
part, that a contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut
off, or that sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the
connector. If any of them are broken, you need to replace them with the
new ones.
If the treatment2 does not work, PCB is broken or the wiring between the
PCBs is bad.
E650354 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying time out error of the
center station on the Exit side. The process is forcibly terminated.
Please remove on the conveying route”
[Cause] This error occurred because the STOP sensor on the center station on the Exit
side did not get ON even though a certain amount of time has passed since the
C-OUT sensor on the center station on the Entrance side got OFF when
conveying a PWB on the center station on the Entrance side to the center station
on the Exit side. Usually, this error occurs when a PWB can not go through the
conveyor for some reason.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is NOT detected by the C-OUT sensor
on the center station on the Entrance side or the STOP sensor on the center
station on the Exit side when the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
The conveyor width is not matching the PWB width. Please re-adjust the
conveyor width.
The PWB you are trying to convey does not match the specifications of
your machine. The following cases do not match your machine.
A PWB with thickness of 0.3mm or less. Or a PWB with thickness of
4mm or more.
A PWB with mass of 2kg or more.
2 If the error occurred because the conveying belt on the center station on the
Entrance side stopped and the PWB did not get conveyed out when conveying
the PWB on the center station on the Entrance side.
The error occurs if the C-OUT sensor on the Entrance side gets temporarily
OFF before the PWB has gone through the station.
The error occurs if the C-OUT sensor on the Entrance side gets
temporarily OFF when the PWB has gone through the station because
the PWB has holes on it or the edge of the PWB is chipped. Please select
[Setup(S)] [Setup(S)] from the menu bar, and then select [Setting
Group(G)] [PWB conveyor(C)]. Set ‘Delay for conveyor sensor’ to disable
the holes or chips on PWBs.
The error occurs if C-OUT sensor temporarily gets OFF because the PWB
has a part that fully reflects. This error is likely to occur when you use
boards such as metal jig board. As a treatment, please set ‘Delay for
conveyor sensor’, following the steps mentioned in the treatment1.

If the PWB overran the STOP sensor on the center station on the Exit side
when the error occurred.
The STOP sensor on the center station on the Exit side is not detecting the
PWB. Please select [Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select
[Control(C)] [Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the
status of the STOP sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
The sensitivity of the STOP sensor on the center station on the Exit side
may be too low. Please re-adjust the sensitivity of the sensor, using the
volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment1 does not work, there is a possibility that the STOP
sensor on the center station on the Exit side is broken. It could be that the
wiring came off the connector part, that a contact pin in the connector part
is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that the sensor itself is broken. Please
examine the wiring and the connector. If any of them are broken, you
need to replace them with new ones.
If the treatment2 does not work, a PCB is broken or the wiring between
the PCBs is bad.
E650362 “Idle PWB Conveying Error : PWB conveying error of Output buffer.
The process is forcibly terminated. Please remove on the conveying
route”
[Cause] The error occurs when letting a PWB on the OUTPUT buffer go based on a PWB
request signal sent from a machine in the lower part of the line, but the OUT
sensor does not get OFF after a certain amount of time has passed since the
sensor got OFF and then ON again.
[Treatment] 1 If the PWB was on the position where it is detected by the OUT sensor when
the error occurred.
The PWB can not move for it got caught on the conveyor for some reason.
The PWB can not go through smoothly since the conveyor is not
connecting well to the machine in the lower part of the line. Please
re-adjust the connection.
2 If the PWB was NOT on the position where it is detected by OUT sensor when
the error occurred.
If the OUT sensor does not get OFF when a PWB is properly being conveyed,
there is a possibility that the sensor is detecting something else. Please select
[Manual Control] from the menu bar, and then select [Control(C)]
[Conveyor(C)] [Independent Control of Conveyor(I)] to see the status of OUT
sensor in the ‘Status’ frame.
If there is anything that OUT sensor reacts to underneath the OUT sensor,
please remove it from under the sensor or change the position of the
sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, please adjust the sensitivity of the sensor,
using the volume control knob attached to the sensor.
If the treatment2 does not work, there is a possibility that the IN sensor is
broken, It could be that the wiring came off the connector part, that a
contact pin in the connector part is broken, that wiring got cut off, or that
sensor itself is broken. Please examine the wiring and the connector. If
any of them are broken, you need to replace them with new ones.
