[Cause] When a measurement error occurred during the continuous measurement, you

[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will take you to the screen where you can perform the a single

measurement for the component. ‘NO’ button will take you back to the screen

where you can resume the continuous measurement. You can perform a single

measurement from the continuous measurement result screen.

[Cause] The shorter side of the component has to be detected first in the outline

measurement. However, the longer side is detected first so the relation between

the longer side and the shorter side does not meet that of the Component data.

There is a possibility that setting of component size or the feeding angle is wrong.

component.

inspection.

[Treatment] ‘YES’ button will end the inspection. ‘NO’ button will cancel to end the inspection

and will go back to the Examination screen.

[Treatment] Please check the installation of the verification device (an option in MS

parameter).
