E249001 “The origin point return is non-completion. Please operate again

after completing the origin point return”

[Cause] The axis has not yet been returned to home.

[Treatment] Please perform the Return to home with ORIGIN switch.

E249002 “The OCC device is unused. The bank mark recognition is aborted”

[Cause] OCC or OCC2 was set not to “Use” in the Use unit in Setup when performing the

Bank mark recognition.

[Treatment] Please set OCC or OCC2 to “Use” in the Use unit in Setup.

E249003 “The stop key was pressed. The bank mark recognition is aborted”

[Cause] The stop key was pressed while the Bank mark recognition was in operation.

[Treatment] “OK” button will completely abort the Bank mark recognition process.

E249004 “The axis cannot be moved to recognition position. The bank mark

recognition is aborted”

[Cause] An error occurred in the axis traveling.

[Treatment]

E249005 “The bank mark recognition error. The bank mark recognition is

aborted”

[Cause] An error occurred in the Mark recognition by OCC unit.

[Treatment] Please check and see if feederbank is dirty or if something is concealing the

feederbank.

If the mark does not fit in the frame, you need to adjust the mark.

E249006 “MTS power off”

[Cause] The power supply of MTS is off.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

E249007 “MTS cannot move because of cover opening”

[Cause] The cover of the machine is open.

[Treatment] Please close the cover.

E249008 “The door of MTS opens”.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS door was open.

[Treatment] Please close the MTS door.

E249009 “MTS offline”

[Cause] MTS is not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

E249010 “Servo is in the free state. The bank mark recognition is aborted”

[Cause] The axis could not move since the servo was not locked.

[Treatment] Please lock the servo using S-FREE switch.

Q249051 “Feeder bank has descended. Do you want to lift the feeder bank up

and continue the bank mark recognition?

[Cause] The feeder bank had been descended when you tried to perform the Bank mark

recognition.

[Treatment] YES” button will continue the Bank mark recognition process.

NO” button will completely abort the Bank mark recognition process.

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

teaching in the bad mark reader device cannot be done”

[Cause] The Bad mark reader device is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the Bad mark reader device is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in

Setup. If not, this procedure cannot be executed.

E290003 “The HMS device is set in unused by the setup. The teaching in the

HMS device cannot be done”

[Cause] The HMS device is set to “not use” in the Use unit in Setup.

[Treatment] If the HMS device is available, please set it to “use” in the Use unit in Setup. If not,

this procedure cannot be executed.

E290004 “The pick up point in the right feeder bank cannot be the teaching

with a left device. Please use a right device”

[Cause] This error occurs when trying to teach a feeder pickup coordinate on the right

feeder bank to the machine by using a device on the left side.

[Treatment] Please use a device on the right side when teaching a feeder pickup coordinate

on the right feeder bank to the machine.

E290005 “The pick up point in the left feeder bank cannot be the teaching

with a right device. Please use a left device”

[Cause] This error occurs when trying to teach a feeder pickup coordinate on the left

feeder bank to the machine by using a device on the right side.

[Treatment] Please use a device on the left side when teaching a feeder pickup coordinate on

the left feeder bank to the machine.

E290006 “The memory access error occurred”

[Cause] Failed to write the data in or to read the data from the shared memory.

[Treatment] Please reboot the machine. If the error occurs even after rebooting, please

contact our technical service dept. for information.
