[Cause] There was no character when you hit Enter key to define characters.

[Treatment] Please enter characters.

E301002 “Input character has irregularities”

[Cause] The letter strings had irregularities when defining the input.

[Treatment] Please enter proper characters.

E301003 “Input value exceeds predetermined data range. (Data range:%s)”

[Cause] The value when defining the input exceeded the input range.

[Treatment] Please enter the values that are within the range.

E301012 “An error occurred while measuring nozzle height by Laser”

[Cause] An error occurred during the laser height measurement by laser.

[Treatment] Something might be wrong with Laser alignment. Please check it.

E301015 “Specify user’s individual nozzle No.”

[Cause] When measuring the width of a nozzle’s outer shape by laser, the output does not

coincide with that of a standard nozzle. Therefore, the nozzle number can not be

set automatically. As a temporary nozzle No., the smallest nozzle number (530)

of option nozzles is set for the nozzle.

[Treatment] If the nozzle is a standard nozzle, please measure it again. If the same result

comes out, something might be wrong with the nozzle shape. Please check the

nozzle. If the nozzle is an option nozzle, the nozzle number set is just a temporary

number and might be wrong. Please set a nozzle number for the nozzle again. If

you measure the nozzle again after set a nozzle number for the nozzle, the

temporary nozzle number will be set again.

E301016 “An error occurred while taking nozzles off”

[Cause] This message occurs when the machine determines that the nozzle is still on the

head even despite the nozzle removal took place.

[Treatment] If the nozzle is not on the head, the laser might be too dirty to work properly.

Please clean the laser. Also, please check and see if the slide plate can slide

properly or the sensor works properly with Manual control. If the slide plate or the

sensor does not work well, something might be broken. Please take a note of the

error No. and contact our technical service dept. for information.

E301017 “Selected device can not move to this position. Please reselect

other device on HOD”

[Cause] You cannot go into the teaching mode since you can not move to the speicified

position with the device selected by HOD.

[Treatment] Please reselect a device available.

E301018 “Selected device is not installed. Please reselect other device on

HOD”

[Cause] Since the device selected by HOD has not been installed (the installation of the

device is not set in the option of MS parameter), you can go into the teaching

mode.

[Treatment] Please reselected a device available.

E301019 “Return to home has not yet been completed”"

[Cause] The axis has not yet returned to home.

[Treatment] Please perform the Return to home with ORIGIN switch.

E301020 “MTC power off”

[Cause] Failed to draw MTC shuttle out when teaching MTC shuttle pick position to the

machine sinceMTS was not ON.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTC.

E301021 “MTC offline”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTC shuttle out when teaching MTC shuttle pick position to

the machine since MTC was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTC online.

E301023 “There is no installed head”

[Cause] There is no head available.

[Treatment] Please set any necessary heads to “use” in the Use unit in Machine Setup.

E301024 “Selected device is disable. Please reselect other device on HOD”

[Cause] Since the device selected by HOD is non-use device (it is set to “not use” in the

Use unit in Machine Setup), you can not go into the teaching mode.

[Treatment] Please select a device available.

E301025 “MTC is disable”

[Cause] MTC can not be controlled since it is non-use device (it is set to “not use” in the

Use unit in Machine Setup)

[Treatment] Please set the MTC to “use” in the Use unit in Machine Setup.

E301026 “Servo is in the free state”

[Cause] The axis could not move since the servo is not locked.

[Treatment] Please lock the servo with S-FREE switch.

W301027 “Teached data is invaled”

[Cause] When an error caused by ‘out of the measurement range’ occurred while learning

the Z axis coordinate by HMS (when “---“ is shown for Z in the teaching dialog),

you can not learn the coordinate even if you hit the enter key on HOD. The

coordinate also can not be learned when other error occur while teaching.

[Treatment] When you learn the coordinate of Z axis by HMS, please make sure that the

coordinate is within the measurement range.

E301028 “Length of the nozzle is too short. Please check the nozzle”

[Cause] The laser detection height of nozzle, that was automatically learned, was too high.

A nozzle which is shorter by over 1mm than a standard nozzle was detected. The

nozzle length might be too short.

[Treatment] Please check the nozzle length. [Cause]

E301032 “MTC is in the supply state”

[Cause] MTC can not be controlled since it is in the Supply (component change) state.

[Treatment] Please make MTC a normal status.

E301035 “MTS is disable”

[Cause] MTS can not be controlled since it is non-use device (it is set to “not use” in the

Use unit in Machine Setup)

[Treatment] Please set the MTS to “use” in the Use unit in Machine Setup.

E301036 “MTS power off”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not ON.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

E301037 “MTS offline”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

E301038 “MTS cannot move because of cover opening”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the cover of the machine was open.

[Treatment] Please close the cover.

E301039 “The door of MTS opens”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS door was open.

[Treatment] Please close the MTS door.

E301040 “There is no specified stacker with the tray steps number”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since there was no stacker which has the

specified number of trays.

[Treatment] Please set the stacker with specified number of trays.

E301042 “Because MTS is selected, the IC conveyor belt is not assembled to

a rear side”

[Cause] When MTS was set to use, IC conveyor belt is not available on the rear side.

[Treatment] You need to disable MTS or install the IC Collection belt on the front side to use.

E301044 “Nozzle length is too long. Please check out the nozzle”

[Cause] The laser detection height of nozzle, that was automatically learned, was too low.

A nozzle which is longer by over 1mm than a standard nozzle was detected. The

nozzle length might be too long.

[Treatment] Please check the nozzle length.
