E301028 “Length of the nozzle is too short. Please check the nozzle”

[Cause] The laser detection height of nozzle, that was automatically learned, was too high.

A nozzle which is shorter by over 1mm than a standard nozzle was detected. The

nozzle length might be too short.

[Treatment] Please check the nozzle length. [Cause]

E301032 “MTC is in the supply state”

[Cause] MTC can not be controlled since it is in the Supply (component change) state.

[Treatment] Please make MTC a normal status.

E301035 “MTS is disable”

[Cause] MTS can not be controlled since it is non-use device (it is set to “not use” in the

Use unit in Machine Setup)

[Treatment] Please set the MTS to “use” in the Use unit in Machine Setup.

E301036 “MTS power off”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not ON.

[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS.

E301037 “MTS offline”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS was not online.

[Treatment] Please make MTS online.

E301038 “MTS cannot move because of cover opening”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the cover of the machine was open.

[Treatment] Please close the cover.

E301039 “The door of MTS opens”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since the MTS door was open.

[Treatment] Please close the MTS door.

E301040 “There is no specified stacker with the tray steps number”

[Cause] Failed to draw the MTS tray out since there was no stacker which has the

specified number of trays.

[Treatment] Please set the stacker with specified number of trays.

E301042 “Because MTS is selected, the IC conveyor belt is not assembled to

a rear side”

[Cause] When MTS was set to use, IC conveyor belt is not available on the rear side.

[Treatment] You need to disable MTS or install the IC Collection belt on the front side to use.

E301044 “Nozzle length is too long. Please check out the nozzle”

[Cause] The laser detection height of nozzle, that was automatically learned, was too low.

A nozzle which is longer by over 1mm than a standard nozzle was detected. The

nozzle length might be too long.

[Treatment] Please check the nozzle length.

E301046 “Only nozzle No. has been input. Please specify nozzle types”

[Cause] When you entered nozzle No. only, ATC nozzle allocation is not available.

[Treatment] Please enter nozzle types.

E301047 “An error occurred while taking nozzles off. The process is

discontinued”

[Cause] This error occurs when the machine determines that a nozzle is still on the head

despite that the nozzle removal process took place.

[Treatment] If the nozzle is not on the head, the laser might be too dirty to work properly.

Please clean the laser. Also, please check and see if the slide plate can slide

properly or the sensor works properly with Manual control. If the slide plate or the

sensor does not work well, something might be broken. Please take a note of the

error No. and contact our technical service dept. for information.

E301048 “Vacuum Calibration unit position can not be measured”

[Cause] The ATC which is set on the Vacuum Calibration unit can not be measured.

[Treatment] When you need to measure the ATC, please un-allocate then measure it.

E301049 “An error occurred while installing nozzles. [Error occurs] %d

[Cause] An error occurred while installing a nozzle when a nozzle change.

[Cause] In 2030, Vacuum Calibration unit can be set only for R1 through R4.

[Treatment] Please set to ATC of R1 through R4.

E301051 “Vacuum Calibration can be et only for small-diameter nozzles.

(Settable range : 1 - %d)”

[Cause] The Vacuum Calibration unit can not be set other ATC than the ATC of small

nozzles.

[Cause] You can not use the changer table on the rear side when MTC or MTS is set to

use.

[Treatment] Please disable MTC or MTS when you use the changer table on the rear side.

E301054 “MTC/MTS can not be connected to 2000 series machines at the

same time”

[Cause] MTC and MTS can not be set at the same time.

[Treatment] Please disable one of them.

E301055 “An error on axes occurred”

[Cause] An error occurred while axes were traveling.

[Treatment] Please contact our technical service dept. for information.

E301056 “An error on XY axes occurred”

[Cause] An error occurred while XY axes were traveling.

[Treatment] Please contact our technical service dept. for information.

[Cause] 508 nozzle is necessary to auto-teach MTC shuttle pick position to the machine,

but the 508 nozzle has not been assigned yet..

[Treatment] Please assign the 508 nozzle, then try auto-teaching.

E301059 “It was impossible to learn the height. Please checck out the

vacuum value”

[Cause] An abnormal matter happened while learning the height by vacuum.

[Treatment] Please check and see if the vacuum pressure is correct.

E301060 “DTS/MTS can not be connected to 2000 series machines at the

same time”

[Cause] DTS and MTS can not be set at the same time.

[Treatment] Please disable one of them.

E301061 “Feeder float detector can not be set only out position”

[Cause] You can not use the outer feeder float detectors only.

[Treatment] Please use the inner feeder float detectors only or use all the detectors at once.

Q302000 “Reset I/O?”

[Cause] You are asked if to set each I/O in the safety direction.

[Treatment] “YES” button will sets I/O in the safety direction.

“NO” button will discontinue to exit the Manual control.
