[Cause] This error occurs when an action does not end normally.

machine”
[Cause] The connection between your machine and HLC is set to ON in the Setup. The
currently selected production program was created by the machine. Therefore, its
production can not get started.
[Treatment] Please cut off the connection between your machine and HLC in the Setup or
read in another production program.
E500901 “It is not connected to HLC. The production is not available with the
currently selected production program created by HLC”
[Cause] A production program that was created by HLC was read in and its production is
about to get started with the connection between your machine and HLC being
OFF.
[Treatment] Please enable the connection between your machine and HLC in the Setup or
read in another production program.
E500902 “Online switch is not effective to the Setup data though the
connection with HLC is turning on”
[Cause] Online switch is not available while the connection between your machine and
HLC is ON in the Setup data.
[Treatment] Please cut off the connection between your machine and HLC in the Setup or

[Cause] This error occurs when an error occurs from MTC during a production.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of MTC and examine it.

[Cause] This error occurs if MTC is not ON when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTC and press OK button. Pressing Cancel
button will have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501011 “MTC Emergency Switch is Pressed. Please Release the Switch”
[Cause] This error occurs if the Emergency Switch of MTC has been pressed when
starting a production.
[Treatment] Please press OK button after disabling the Emergency Switch. Pressing Cancel
button will have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501012 “MTC is No Original”
[Cause] This error occurs if MTC Home returning has not been complete yet when
starting a production.
[Treatment] OK button : Performs MTC Home returning.
Cancel button : Will have you back to the status that is before pressing START
key.
E501013 “MTC is Off-Line Condition. Please change to On-Line”
[Cause] This error occurs if MTC is Offline when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please put MTC in online status and press OK button. Pressing Cancel button will

[Cause] This error occurs if MTC door is open when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please close the MTC door then press OK button. Pressing Cancel button will

[Cause] This error occurs if MTC cover is open when starting a production.

[Cause] This error occurs if MTC is in an error status when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of MTC and examine it.
E501017 “MTC is Change Component Condition. Please Release the Change
Condition”
[Cause] This error occurs if MTC is in a status where MTC needs a component change
when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please disable the status of MTC, and press OK button.

E501018 “Component exists on the MTC Shuttle. Please Remove Component
from Shuttle”
[Cause] This error occurs if any components are on the shuttle of MTC when starting a
production.
[Treatment] Please remove those components from the MTC shuttle and press OK button.
E501019 “Because MTC is Change Component Condition, home position
return cannot be done. Please Release the Change condition”
[Cause] This error occurs if MTC is in a status where MTC needs a component change
when performing the Home returning of MTC.
[Treatment] Please disable the status of MTC, and press OK button.
E501100 “MTS power off”
[Cause] MTS was not ON when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please turn on the power supply of MTS and press OK button. Pressing Cancel
button will have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501101 “MTS offline”
[Cause] MTS was not online when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please put MTC in online status and press OK button. Pressing Cancel button will
have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501102 “MTS cannot move because of cover opening”
[Cause] MTS cover was open when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please close the MTS cover and press OK button. Pressing Cancel button will
have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501103 “The door of MTS opens”
[Cause] MTS door was open when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please close the MTS door and press OK button. Pressing Cancel button will
have you back to the status that is before pressing START key.
E501200 “Communication error of DTS occurred”
[Cause] An error occurred in DTS.
[Treatment] This is a DTS internal error. Please take a note of the error number and contact
our technical service dept. for information.
E501201 “DTS status got an error. The process can not be performed”
[Cause] This error occurs if DTS is in an error status when starting a production.
[Treatment] Please turn off the power supply of DTS and examine it.
