E512821 “L3 HEAD: Recognized angle is wrong.”
[Cause] Component measurement and recognition with the L3 head output incorrect
angles during production.
[Treatment] (1) Check if the outline dimensions and pick angle are correctly specified in
component data and pick data.
(2) Exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off
machine power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, there is the possibility of measurement unit
failure, recognition unit failure and/or improper operation sequence. Stop using
the machine, take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or
the agency.

[Cause] The pick X coordinate of the L3 head in production is considerably different from
the specified coordinate in pick data.
[Treatment] Exit every application and shut down the operating system. Then turn off machine
power and turn it on again.
If the error persists after the restart, there is the possibility of CPU failure,
memory failure and/or improper operation sequence. Stop using the machine,
take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or the agency.
E512823 “L3 HEAD: An encoder counter overflow was detected while the
theta-axis was moving.”
[Cause] The encoder counter for the L3 theta-axis overflows during production.
E512824 “L3 HEAD: A position deviation was detected while the theta-axis
was moving.”
[Cause] The encoder counter for the L3 theta-axis is considerably different from the angle
specified in the data during production.
E512831 “L4 HEAD: Recognized angle is wrong.”
[Cause] Component measurement and recognition by the L4 head output incorrect angles
during production.
Stop using
the machine, take a note of the error number, and contact our service engineer or
the agency.
